The room was clean, front staff were nice, and close to Walmart. You have to be prepared with cooking items and other utensils because it’s not provided. We had a hold deposit fee of $290 which I think is a bit much for a hotel. Overall, it was a pleasant stay :)

The staff here is great! Darion was so helpful with providing an early check in. The condition of the hotel could use some updating, The water was luke warm and the room was a bit musty but for the price it was ok. I think the property could definitely benefit from an update!

The room was not clean at all. Found a pill on the floor in the bedroom. The AC unit was very loud and could not be ran at night with how loud it was. Toilet constantly ran and wouldn’t always flush. Weird smells in the hallways and stairwell. The breakfast is not a breakfast, it was some bagged hot chocolate, granola bar, and bagged oatmeal. Had to go get breakfast each day when we booked a place counting on continental breakfast. Do not recommend staying here.

I was immediately down-graded because Expedia overbooked. Not what a guest wants to hear. Facilities are worn. Leaky kitchen sink faucet. Soap, shampoo lotion dispenser hook on the wall, no shampoo, lotion. NO BATH TOWELS!! Room okay.

Rates were satisfactory to what was available such as poor parking spaces, other customer seemed to be live ins( non-travelers). Pool was out of service. There were no bathroom amenities available ( TOWELS and shampoos etc ). One receptionist in evening was rude and unfriendly ( walked over to get towels and was told they didn’t have any and didn’t know when they would or made attempt to find out)

At check in I was not asked for a credit card for a security deposit which I have not seen in decades. Then I was told I was staying in a different building. The staff's English was difficult to understand and I had to guess at where the building was. When I got to the building, the security lock on the outside door did not work and people were walking in and out of the building. Some of the maintenance in the building was OK, but some carpeting was badly in need of being replaced. The room I received was used for smoking and was difficult to breath so I had to open all the windows and turn the air conditioner of high. The smoke smell was still horrible. My room did not even have a single drinking glass. The front desk told me I could walk back to the front desk and get a coffee cup or wait until the next day to have one delivered. The plastic ice trays had several holes in them so that the water drained out before it froze. The next morning was the final blow when I found out what I thought was the only towel in the bathroom was actually a bath mat. The good news is there was a nice tv.
