"Hôtel was beautiful. Location was great. Close to the main sites or at best a short uber drive away. The neighbourhood felt safe for 2 female travellers. Shops and restaurants all within walking distance. The hotel was of a boutique style small but very welcoming. The added bonus was the pool which we hadn’t planned to use but couldn’t resist once we were there, so it is worth packing your swimming costumes. The room was small but that was expected for Paris (on any city for that matter) and it was the lowest priced room we went for. Wonderfully decorated and lovely and clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable and bed linen was brilliant white and soft. Towels lovely and big and the rooms had bathrobes in which were used to visit the pool. Didn’t use the mini bar (little over priced but aren’t they always) Staff at reception were all super friendly and very helpful. I will defiantly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Paris for a short stay."

"The hotel is beautiful, small, and very well located, but honestly, I would not consider it a 5-star boutique hotel. The staff was generally helpful, although I had one disappointing experience. One day, I asked about the dry-cleaning service, and the response I received was, “You can read the schedule on the paper you need to fill out.” I found the response rather dismissive, as if I didn’t know how to read. They didn’t offer any alternative, even though it was Friday and my laundry could only be ready on Monday. They also couldn’t offer an express service because, according to them, it was too late. Room service is available 24/7, which is convenient, but the menu has very limited choices. I also expected a few basic bathroom amenities, such as Q-tips and a shower cap, but these were not provided. The pillows were not particularly comfortable either. The gym is quite small, so it’s not ideal if you’re looking for a proper workout facility. On the positive side, breakfast was good, and the hotel itself is beautiful, intimate, and in a great location. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but I think the hotel needs to improve several details and the level of service to truly deserve a 5-star boutique rating"

"While the rooms are tight for Americans it’s comfy. The coat rooms are much smaller than expected. Second time here. Great location and staff. Breakfast is great bonus also but if you book on their website you save 10% and get the breakfast free second time around"
