I confirmed a 2 night stay with a standard room, king bed, no smoking and assessable. Our room was on the second floor, no elevator! Being handicapped I cannot do steps easy. This created a problem. AT THIS POINT IM TIRED AND FRUSTRATED So the lady at front desk gave us a room on the first floor. Double beds, not handicapped assessable. And a smoking room. Charged me additional $$$ (61.00 each day) AGAIN I confirmed my stay through Expedia and got an exceptional price, again my confirmation said standard room, king bed , no smoking and assessable. ALSO- the outdoor pool was not opened (green water) and our toilet wouldn’t flush! I will never stay here again!!!! Sorry, have stayed there before and there was bo problem NO PROBLEM IN THE PAST! Was hoping for some refund because the pool wasn’t opened and the room we ended up with was very very very unsafe (again handicapped) for both of us.
