โIf you are interested in the Victory or the Mary Rose it is right across the street. Super great. Parking down the street was easy but prefer not to have to do it. But if you have to remote park, it wasn't a big deal. It was pretty easy.โ
โNice room overlooking harbour. A little noisy, but perfectly manageable. Friendly, attentive staff. Excellent cooked breakfast. Free secure off street parking. We rarely stay in the same place twice, but we'll be coming back hereโ
โFriendly and hospitable hosts, and delicious breakfasts. Helpful recommendations for nearby places to eat and a communal sitting area for reading or socializing with other guests. Outside decking area also available for relaxing when the weather cooperates.โ
โStunning. Whether in winter for cozy fires or in summer for the pool and beach, a special place with excellent service. Very dog friendly and we found our classic room spacious and comfortable โ
โThis is lovely. Accommodation is good and practical. The breakfast was really good. Tricky walk to the worlds end pub but you are in the best Sussex countryside so enjoy. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would love to have stayed longerโ
โWhat a lovely gem of a place which was so welcoming and provided simply the best breakfast you could wish for. What with their own chicken eggs, sausages and fresh home baked bread, you can't go wrong! Janet is a lovely lady who likes to make you feel very welcome. I will be re visiting for sureโ
โSuch a wonderful welcome from Nigel and the staff. Wish we could have stayed longer. Will be booking again. Rooms spotless and comfortable. Beautiful home with fascinating history. Thank you to all the teamโ
โThe Roundabout was a very charming hotel situated in a quiet and peaceful countryside in UK - very appealing for a relaxing family weekend or couple's romantic getaway. However it lacked safety notices which should have been imparted by the hotel staff to foreigners who are new to this kind of environment - for instance, I got burned by the openly exposed copper pipe which was piping hot located along the wall underneath the heater and there was no notice of caution on the public gentlemen...
โFriendly old country pub, lovely family atmosphere, very good food. Close to delightful walks and open countryside. A future return visit is in our diary.โ
โOur host was amazing! He served a wonderful classic English breakfast and pivoted to our breakfast whims each morning. He suggested places to eat and things to see while we were there and was interested and engaged in our experiences in Worthing. A wonderful travel experience that felt like home!โ
โWe stayed here in the Tudor 4 poster room. While some of the reviews mentioned noise in some of the suites, we only heard guests downstairs when we were in the bathroom and then only in the afternoon. It was quiet in the evening / night. It was a great place to stay after a 5,000 mile trip from the Western US and recover from jet lag before going on to meet friends and family elsewhere in the UK. (Itโs about a hour from Heathrow). The ford was good, the beer excellent and the staff friendly and...
โThe pub was pleasant and lively and we enjoyed a good dinner. The room was on the small side but it had all the amenities we needed. The breakast was freshly cooked and excellent.โ
