“The outside of the hotel was fairly dirty. There were small pieces of trash and unknown wet spots all around. The staff was very friendly but that was about the only positive for this property. There was a strong smell of air freshener as soon as you got off the elevator and the room had a musty smell. The air conditioner made a whining noise every time it turned on and did not cool the room very well at all which made for a very uncomfortable sleep.”

“We booked this accommodation as it was close to a venue we were attending. There was lots of on street parking. This is a gorgeous, grand old home. Note, Wilson House sits near a busy street. However, once inside, due to triple glazed windows, you will not hear the street noise at all! Also, be aware, rooms are on the 2nd-4th floor and there is no elevator. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were modern. Breakfast was very good. The owners were a pleasure to talk with.”

“Turkey bacon is not bacon, the only thing that was wrong with the stay. I am not sure if this was normal, but please use real bacon, otherwise Home 2 is definitely in my top 5 places to stay. Fireplace was an amazing touch.”

“The rooms were clean. The upkeep on the place could use some work. They need to replace the curtains in all the rooms, clean up the front entrance and fix the ice machines and some walls. The breakfast needs to be beeter with more variety of foods”

“Overall, the room was rundown and dirty. The showerhead had mold on it. The deadbolt lock on the door did not work and the bed was uncomfortable. It seemed that there hadn't been any renovations in quite a while. I travel to this area frequently and will not stay here again.”

“We had no curtains on our windows, bathroom was gross, towel hooks falling out of wall, floor had major cracks in it we tripped over, no chair to sit in, stove was hard to work, it was terrible.”
