This hotel feels like it’s abandoned. The windows block no sounds at all, you could literally hear everything going on outside. The towels were clean but had STAINS on them. Absolutely disgusting. They also don’t clean the rooms everyday

No wifi or hardly any internet connection in rooms. Only in the lobby or close to the elevator it's working, else: no way. The, know about the issue but do not solve it. Further: very bad service at the receptio . They ignore you or walk away. They do not solve any problem and serve other guests and try not to look at you. If you want a problem fixes: they don't. Literally: one guy ignored me and afterwarda pointed at his new colleague which just arrived. Asked him and they guy just said he will not help me, took his bag and walked away. Reception was afterwarda empty for 30min....

A estadia deixou a desejar em alguns pontos importantes. A internet é extremamente ruim — o sinal cai o tempo todo e, mesmo quando conecta, a velocidade é muito lenta, praticamente inutilizável. Além disso, a privada apresentava um cheiro muito desagradável ao acionar a descarga, algo que realmente compromete o conforto. Por outro lado, o café da manhã é muito bom, bem variado e saboroso, e os atendentes são educados, prestativos e fazem o possível para ajudar. No geral, há aspectos positivos, mas os problemas estruturais pesam bastante na experiência.
