"Room was very clean and the bathroom was very modern despite the age of the hotel. The lake/ mountain view was spectacular Breakfast at the hotel was very good. The lounge was nice but they allow smoking so it wasn’t the best air quality. That was the only disappointment. It was cool to see all the antique furniture."

We had issues however with this really loud noise the entire time we were there, floors are creaky and very hard to get a good nights sleep, the beds were comfortable and clean, good breakfast. Would reccomend in terms of a hostel but not for extended stay, and make sure you bring earplugs."

From the first interactions before arrival, they were always very prompt in responding to my messages, to the warm welcome upon arrival and the impeccably clean rooms, we were very happy to have stayed here! The hotel is in a great location and within walking distance to the train station and major attractions. Ursula made our breakfast experience each morning so pleasant and memorable.
