"The room was very comfortable but even when requesting housekeeping services, it was just proving fresh towels. No trash removal or making the beds."

"Check in took way longer than expected. I travel a lot and never had to wait so long for a room before. The room also wasn’t that clean. The faucets handles were extremely corroded. They didn’t supply enough towels so had to request more which was promptly given. Also for the pull out sofa bed, they only supplied a dirty yellow stained pillow and an absolutely nasty yellow stained comforter. I brought them down to the front desk. Looks like they were embarrassed by what they saw and I was...

"The first room we were assigned had many fruit flies, so we requested another room. The staff member was super friendly and apologetic and reassigned us a new room right away. The room was clean. We stayed two nights."

"The staff here was very helpful and we had a wonderful experience here. The front desk employee from Brazil, I believe her name was Carol, was very helpful and accommodating, and the rooms were very clean and nice. We also enjoyed the location, and we loved the jamaican restaurant nearby!"
