2 semaines de séjour très dur. Impression d’être dans une colonie de vacances. Nous avons fait constater des défauts dans les chambres dès notre arrivée ( tringle de rideaux dévissé, siphon bouché, robinet mal fixé) au gérant, et rien n’a été réparé. De plus, pas de climatisation fonctionnelle. Et de plus impossible d’écourter notre séjour. Bref, nous avions l’impression d’être des vaches à lait. Cet hôtel ne mérite pas plus que 2 étoiles. Si vous êtes dans le coin, passez votre chemin et allez voir autre part

Sur le site de réservation, il était clairement indiqué qu'il y avait un restaurant et un bar, alors qu'en fait rien de cela. Hôtel non fumeur, dans le couloir menant au chambre, il y a une odeur tendance de tabac et dans la chambre aussi, mais mélangé au produit d'entretien, ce n'était ps génial. De plus le détecteur de fumée dans la chambre a été obstrué par des papiers mouchoir.... Ce qui est formellement interdit. Je ne recommande pas. Le rapport qualité prix est très décevant.

Mauvais séjour

Je devais avoir la chambre à partir de 14h et heureusement que j'ai téléphoné sur la route car la personne de l'accueil m'a informé que si j'arrivais après 14h je devrais attendre 17h qu'il revienne. Je suis arrivée à 13h45 et il n'y avait plus personne. J'ai dû rappeler et la personne m'a indiqué que la clé était cachée dans la borne. J'ai demandé des infos pour le petit-déjeuner et il n'y en avait pas ! Chambre propre mais mal insonorisée ou les autres clients sont sourds car télé et appels téléphoniques à fond et incivilité dans les couloirs. Je n'y retournerai pas !

Chambre spacieuse, sdb vaste un petit +boîte de mouchoir. Déco de la chambre parfait dans le thème Enzo. Literie superbe. Maintenant pour le service rien de particulier car on reste au minimum des services.... La covid....

Déçue de ne pas avoir été alertée avant mon arrivée des restrictions COVID (que je comprends) : pas de clim, avec cette chaleur et les moustiques (fenêtres ouvertes). Pas de petit dej et une friandise du distributeur en guise de petit dej, c'est juste. Heureusement qu'une bouilloire est à dispo dans les chambres. Juste été prévenue avant ce serait parfait.

Terrible experience. No hot water, no wifi, the electric heater was inadequate and not strong enough to keep rooms warm enough. My colleague couldn't close his window property so they end up changing him room. Just not good enough to basic standards

Best hotel in the area

The bed was comfy, I liked the bath (even if it was small), and I liked how they provided complimentary water, tea and coffee. I also liked the decoration and the range available for breakfast. A couple of the lights weren’t working and there were a couple other minor issues with the room, but they did not stop us from enjoying our stay.

j'ai réservé une chambre le 30 mai 2019 pour 3 adultes. Le jour de notre arrivée à 13 heures le réceptionniste m'a laissé un message à 10 h 15 en me disant qu'il était en travaux et que nous ne pouvions pas avoir cette chambre mais une chambre avec un lit d'appoint qu'ils avaient mis devant la porte de la salle de bain. Chambre donc trop petite pour 3 adultes et lit d'appoint très très dur. Cette chambre n'était pas digne d'un 3 étoiles. Pas de place pour tourner autour du lit. A l'arrivée il manquait un drap de bain, une serviette et des gobelets. Les photos ne sont pas d'actualité. Ce sont de vieilles photos m'a-t-on dit ??? Très déçue surtout que l'hôtel n'a pas voulu me faire un geste commercial. La réception était inexistante…. Il serait bon de revoir cet hôtel.

Très bon accueil même si l'hôtel n'avais pas reçu ma réservation par le site Hôtels.com. Le personnel de l'accueil a très bien gérer. Du coup j'ai eu une chambre avec 2 lits simple alors que j'avais réservé un grand lit faisant 1.88m c'est mieux un grand lit!!!!!!!!
