โThe overall experience was great. We were able to check in early. Sabrina gave us drink vouchers. The room was amazing with incredible views. The gym was awesome and we also had a great brunch at Ole. Canโt ssy enough about our stay. I will definitely stay there again.โ
โGreat customer service, so nice and helpful. Patient enough to answer all of my questions. Beautiful view. A lot of things near by. So many things to do inside the hotel if youโre not able to get out much as well. Food is impeccable. If you love art you will not be disappointed with all there is to see within the beautiful hotel. โ
โThe room was great, but Miami nightlife is noisyโฆ Staff are great. Breakfast included items are cold, so opt for items off menu. Good location near South Beach and Downtown. Love watching the mega-yachts motor out at night right next to the hotel!โ
โThe property is extremely high end and well maintained. Be aware however that the price per night may seem like a deal, but it does not include the extra $60 per night for parking, nor the $150 per day deposit required when checking in. Contacted this host and they gave me no solutions and refused to refund me my money or move me into a new room. We spent money on food we had to throw out because stove/microwave didnโt work.
