"This was such a cool hotel and right downtown Miami in a great location! Staff was very friendly, and a lot of the check in process is done by yourself but it’s very straightforward. The food from the bar area was honestly amazing. We had pizza and nachos and they were both extremely good, and we sat at a nice table right next to the window wall looking at downtown Miami! Also very quick cab ride to the cruise port. This hotel was overall a great experience. The bed wasn’t very comfortable but for one night it did the job. The rooms are very small, but we loved them as they were cozy. A lot of cool lighting features were in the room as well. Don’t hesitate to book this hotel as it was a fun experience and we would stay there again!"

"Enjoyed not having to transfer to a hotel on travel day and then the next day transfer to the cruise terminal. Very convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful. Convenient Vienna restaurant-good food and good service. A bit pricy but expected at an airport hotel. Would do this again when cruising."

"We loved staying at the Eden Roc! The room and the view was amazing! The staff was so friendly and accommodating! My only complaint is that the refrigerator was full of drinks you could purchase, but I rather have an empty refrigerator so I could store left overs or my own drinks. Also I wish we had a microwave. I rate this a 9/10. Special shout out to Joel with the conseirge desk! He was so amazing and super helpful! We would love to come back and stay!"
