โWe really like our room 302 with an amazing view.
Everything was clean and very tightie. We didn't have any issues with check in or noises even tho the hotel is located next to restaurants. AC worked perfectly all 4 days we stayed here. And room service was every other day. The staff as we friendly and informative. I have nothing negative to say. โ
โWonderful staff at the reception. Very professional, they communicate in English, very helpful , and go out of their way to make one feel at home. Two of them we came across was George and Nanaโฆboth were amazing. Housekeeping staff wonderfulโฆour rooms were immaculately clean. Breakfast at the coffee shop was good. Gigi & Nika were exceptional. All staff we came across are a great asset to Makmani. The Hotel is walking distance to city center, shopping, restaurants, attractions etc. ...

โIt is close to the city centre (if you like walking), the view and breakfast are incredibly beautiful. the staff were extremely hospitable and very interested. the room was designed to meet all my needs. I did not need anything extra. Tbilisi is a beautiful city. When I come here again, my preference will be this hotel again.โ
โUn establecimiento muy acogedor, debido a la poca ocupaciรณn de que dispone ofrece intimidad y tranquilidad. El personal nos resultรณ muy agradable y con un trato excelente, siempre dispuestos a ayudar en lo que necesitรกramos. El conductor que nos trasladรณ al hotel desde el aeropuerto y nos llevรณ a la vuelta, David, muy amable en el trato tambiรฉn y dispuesto a llevarnos a visitar los alrededores. El desayuno excelente y la ubicaciรณn inmejorable. Lo รบnico negativo es que se oye mรบsica de fondo...
โAo chegar, mesmo antes da hora, me foi oferecido um quarto que jรก estava pronto e superior ao que tinha reservado. Ou seja, me deram um upgrade de quarto e um checkin antecipado. O quarto era muito confortรกvel, com cama grande, minibar, chaleira elรฉtrica. Banheiro com chuveiro com รกgua boa e quente. Cafรฉ da manhรฃ com variedades. Staff muito atencioso. Prรณximo a vรกrios pontos turรญsticos. Ao lado de um Carrefour enorme. Fica uma ressalva, pois o quarto nรฃo possuรญa um isolamento acรบstico muito bom...
