Air conditioned room with fridge, perfect for this hot weather. Hotel in good location and we enjoyed our visit to the local Wetherspoons. The breakfast was advertised as being continental, but still included some cooked items, which was really good and a good start to the day. The value for money was very good.

Parking outside the hotel was good but council parking so roughly £20 for 2 nights. It would be nice if the hotel could subserdise the parking tariff. Would still recommend and stay again.

What a lovely experience, haven't expected breakfast so that was a nice surprise and enjoyable. Room was fresh and clean with spacious bathroom. Can't complain about anything staff should get a pat on the back. Only slight criticism I couldn't find way in at first but that may have been due tiredness and old age. Would definitely stay here again.

Reception was quick and helpful the room 501 was a large room, clean with a bath & Shower. There was a little road noise but it didn't effect our good nights sleep. Breakfast was enough with coffee juice cereal toast sausage scrambled egg beans & fruit. We parked behind the hotel arrived after 18.00hrs so car park was free until 08.00 we then paid £15 for all day Saturday and Sunday was free. Great stay will return.

Jasmin at reception was lovely! She was very accomodating to our requests upon arrival. The hotel is central and convenient to the town centre of Brighouse. Plenty of shops, restaurants and coffee houses. Our room was clean, comfortable, warm and large! We'll surely stay again! Jonathan and Amanda.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a good experience. The location is convenient, with parking right behind the hotel, and it was great to have breakfast included. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean, and both room service and housekeeping were reliable. The only downsides were the lack of plug sockets near the bed, which made charging devices inconvenient, the absence of a shelf in the shower for toiletries, and (on a lighter note) it would be great if bacon was included at breakfast too. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay, with just a couple of minor practical issues.

Staff were rude when checking in, the rooms hadn’t been cleaned. There were ants all over the desk in one room, and rubbish on the floor. I don’t know if they are also long leasing out rooms, but some other ‘tenants’ were noisy until around 1am running up and down corridors and shouting.

Difficult to find parking (which is payable) Lift not working.. small bedroom.. floor creaking.. Good shower on evening.. cold shower in the morning… It is what it is… reasonable priced so good for a night… needs to rid itself of the other reviews around it’s use and purpose

Once we had found the entrance which isn't that well sign-posted (my only complaint), we were very pleasantly surprised by the quality and cleanliness of the room and the relative ease of parking (we only had to pay until 6pm and Sundays are free). Breakfast was also a pleasant surprise, given that the menu in the room only mentioned continental style but plentiful, good quality hot food was available. Finally, as we were visiting Halifax, the short walk to the train station was a bonus. Would definitely stay again. 😁

Alles aanwezig. Netheid van de vloerbedekking laat te wensen over. Vies en onverzorgd. Randen en onder de bedden en nachtkastjes niet schoon. Vies dus. Ontbijt zeer karig.

Great location, but that was all

Negative points Photos of the room didn't match the reality, very very small room, double bed pushed up against the wall and radiator access to the bedfrom one side only, grubby room window wouldnt close so noisy from road Small room no where to put suit cases without tripping over them No breakfast facilities not mentioned upon booking with Hotels.com plus building work going on No hot water for shower after 9.00 pm, freezing cold shower not nice No parking, car park used for an event receptionist could advise us where to park Seemed to be housing local homeless guess they need shelter Positive points Great location, fridge in room, ironing board and iron in room, cheap but for a reason
