I booked a room for three people. It featured one king bed and one single bed with a balcony. Regarding the room, I would say that it suits the price point. I needed to add RM7 per person to upgrade my à la carte breakfast to a buffet. The hotel gym is good, and I liked it. The location and parking are easily accessible.
Loved the comfortable bed, basement parking, heated pool, gym facilities and the water dispensers located on each floor. Location is good too as it's within walking distance to Kea Farm.
Many thanks to the kind and hospitable staff, they were so pleasant from check-in till check-out!
Great location with good scenery. Staff are both attentive and friendly. Place is a bit old, should consider cleaning the patio by the restaurant as it was dirty and slippery. We availed the breakfast and it was very good. I’ll recommend this place for anyone who considers it.
Overall the location was good, just the it is rather old hotel which has lots of flies in the toilet, everything will need a refresh of the entire hotel. Does not look to me a 4* hotel
Condition of room is good and spacious with good farm view. Room is clean except for the musty smell, however open up with the fan on helped to clear off quite quickly.
Breakfast range is quite good.
Poorly maintained. Terribly run down. So much history and potential. My 2nd stay but will not return. We paid for 4 nites but checked out after 2.

Disliked: Cleanliness
The hotel enjoys a great location, just a short walking distance from Kea Farm Market, which makes it convenient for morning strolls and easy access to local produce and snacks. The surrounding area is vibrant and lively, especially during the day, offering a true feel of the Cameron Highlands experience.
However, the cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. Upon check-in, we noticed that the mugs in our room had visible stains, which was quite disappointing. Even after housekeeping came the next day, the stained mugs were not replaced or cleaned, indicating a lack of attention to basic hygiene and room upkeep. For the price paid, we had hoped for a higher standard of cleanliness and service.
Overall, while the location is definitely a plus, the hotel needs to significantly improve its cleanliness and housekeeping standards to ensure a more comfortable and pleasant stay for guests.
Sadly, this wasn't a property we enjoyed staying at. Our first apartment was very smelly. This was due to all damp. The second was a little better but still not up to standards of a 2 star property let alone 4 star. We didn't stay in the main block and I think that may have been better. The local tourists seemed very pleased with everything. Perhaps it's our British expectations. I hate leaving negative reviews but I would not recommend this hotel unless it has a serious clean and upgrade. Breakfast was poor. The pool was very basic.
The only saving grace for this hotel was the staff were generally polite and they tried their best to provide good service. Hotel is too old and dated, cleanliness need to improve especially toilet. The hotel is noisy with many children running about and making a lot of noise during the day and even at night, so it’s not suitable for couples. Food quality was not good . It is not easy to get grab here. No shuttle service either so you have to either walk or rent vehicle in Cameron Highland. Coaches departing for Singapore do not want to pick you up at this hotel and will request you to walk to the roadside below the hotel.

Liked: Property conditions & facilities
The rooms need to be refurbished, Breakfast was ok. Toilet doors need some attention. I suppose if it is for a short stay, then you can put up with it. Stayed for 1 night
This hotel should re classified as a 2 star hotel.
Breakfast was expensive and stale food serve. Cobwebs on windows.
Rooms were not upto the mark. Windows not cleaned. Bathroom not clean too. Our toilet kept flooding too.
