Sorry about the noisy fridge & broken swing flap. I would say most fridges are noisy, people just don't hear them as they are usually in the kitchen not the bedroom. To replace the swing flap is to replace the whole aircon unfortunately.

You did book a pet friendly room & when you said no, I meant that maybe you booked it cause it was our last room, which happens often. Unfortunately when that happens people don't read it properly & then complain. I apologise for the smell. We do our best with the pet rooms. Sorry we do not have flannels or dish cloths. We did not realise that the basin had no cold water as our vanities have recently been upgraded. Thank you for informing us.
