Friendly and efficient staff, room was exceptional with great attention to detail and included everything we needed (and more). Very quiet room and comfy bed. I requested different pillows which were delivered by housekeeping almost immediately. Good dining options onsite - we loved Paolo’s Italian trattoria. Would definitely stay here again and wholly recommend.

Property was in an excellent location with excellent fixtures and fittings. What let it down was the cheap furniture which was well past its use by date. The beds were slats with a mattress on top. Properly furnished for its price it would have received 5 star

Loved the spacious apartment which was fully equipped for a short stay. Very close to good transport links but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Great bars within easy walking distance. Would stay here again.

Room was tidy and bed was super comfy. Room has everything you need like an apartment would. Wish we had a city/river view instead of concrete construction. We stayed one night so not a big inconvenience. Staff were so lovely and helpful. With our planned activities for the day/night we didnt get to explore the facilities as much but a quick walk around the next morning was awesome. Photos were exact to listing. Will stay again. While the location was great and wonderful views of the city, the room needed a very good deep clean. Things were sticky and the outside of the kitchen bin was filthy. You could tell things are given a quick clean before the next guests, that was very disappointing.

Place was perfectly located and easily accessible and overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Amenities (pool and hottub) were great, though gym was just ok. The apartment was clean, but we wished it was a bit more spruced up. It's very barebones and there's marks on the walls from previous use. We would gladly go again, but just wish it was a bit more modernized; it's feeling a bit dated. Also, as of writing, for any light sleepers, there is construction going on (nothing the building can do about that; they do offer complimentary earplugs) and that may wake you up early. Luckily for myself and my family, it wasn't an issue. One of the bedrooms is a bit more away from the noise so the kids didn't hear much. We enjoyed that it had a full laundry and fairly stacked kitchen and cleaning supplies (really wished there was a vacuum and paper towels). Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great location and apartment was awesome. Facilities were not as good as expected (photos) as spa pool needed cleaning and lap pool did not appear to be heated. Conflicting information about rubbish disposal too as signs in lift said rubbish disposal on each floor was disabled, yet apartment instructions said to use. Even so, would stay again if not intending to use swim facilities.
