Unfortunately due to the busy time of the year we were unable to accommodate our offer and I would like to be the first to apologise that this was not met. While we did our best to provide you with a better room, I am sorry to hear that you did not find this room to be an upgrade. Dear Guest, Thank-you for your review, This is very dissappointing to receive, considering you didnt technically stay at the property, and management were lenient - to allow you to checkout on the day of check-in without any penalty. (despite us not being able to sell this room again that evening) I recognise the property wasnt for you, and please rest assured we have shared this feedback with the owner of the room to consider making immediate upgrades.
