"Friendly staff upon arrival, convenient and very secure parking literally next to the hotel. The room was a very good size, and very clean. The breakfast had a wide range of food and drink available. In a very stylish setting by the river. As for the location of the hotel, it's in an ideal location to explore the city of Bristol. Overall very happy and would return again."

"Room was spotless, cosy, and very comfortable. Very calm decor too. Staff were brilliant, and so welcoming. Our dog was also allowed and made most welcome with his own little snacks and bed provided for him.
