From the moment we were checked in by a very friendly and smiley Haz we found everything spotlessly clean. We had room service which was very fast and efficient (we collected it from the bar to save the £5 charge). Food was good. Beds were comfortable. We had everything we need for an overnight stay.

The stay at the Holiday Inn Bristol Airport was excellent from start to finish. The staff were so lovely and welcoming, especially towards my children, which made us feel comfortable straight away. A nice touch was that they called the room shortly after we settled in to check everything was okay and ask if we needed anything else. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and very comfortable. We also had an evening meal at the hotel and both the food and drinks were lovely. Check-out was quick and easy, and again the staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone travelling through Bristol Airport.

We had a wonderful stay at Xanadu Resort Hotel in Belek, and one of the highlights of our holiday was the outstanding service from Golnaz. Golnaz is one of the best waiters we have ever met. She has excellent communication skills and speaks English, Turkish, and Persian fluently, which made us feel very comfortable. Every time we asked for something, she made sure we received it straight away with a smile and a positive attitude. What impressed us most was her warm and friendly personality. My daughter felt so comfortable talking with her and quickly became confident because of Golnaz’s kindness and genuine conversations. She made our family feel truly welcome and added a special touch to our holiday. Thank you, Golnaz, for your exceptional hospitality. We will definitely come back again and hope to see you on our next visit!
