Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Riverport Richmond by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"We had an excellent stay at this Holiday Inn during our trip to Vancouver. The hotel was very clean, and our room was spotless, comfortable, and perfect for a family of five.
The location worked well for us. Just keep in mind that traffic into the city is usually busy at almost any time of the day, so that's something to expect regardless of where you stay.
The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Everyone we interacted with was kind, professional, and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay.
I have only two suggestions for improvement: it would be nice to have complimentary coffee available in the lobby for a little longer during the day, and to extend breakfast until 10:00 a.m. on weekdays, just like on weekends.
Thank you to the entire staff for making our stay so pleasant. We truly appreciated your hospitality and would be happy to stay here again."

"The room was beautiful. We really enjoyed the pool outdoors. The Chophouse was also very nice and convenient to go for dinner. All in all o would recommend this place."
"The hotel is beautiful including all the flower gardens around the grounds and the staff were all very helpful and responsive. We loved the high tea and soaking in the hot tub in the afternoon. The breakfast in the dining room was lovely but we did have to wait awhile to get in. No one let us know we’d need a reservation on a Sunday morning. We appreciated the speedy service once we were inside and let them know we n the fed to catch the morning ferry. "

"In itself a great place to stay, and we liked the location with restaurants open late (past our late-night arrival), and during the day, open is the nice shopping center just across the street"
