The front desk associate whose name i unfortunately didn’t get went above and beyond to track it down and help arrange for it to be mailed back to me right away. "If you book with expedia.ca you get vip treatment like late checkout which for us was 2PM. Especially since our cruise was leaving at 5 PM and was only 5 minutes walk to the cruise terminal. Our view was of the water which was very nice."
