This is a wonderful place to stay in Brooksville. Very close to everything downtown and the sweetest couple owns it. The house and the rooms were beautiful and clean. We will definitely stay again.

Wonderful experience. Great time talking to Roger and Deborah about the area and the history of the house. Roger makes a delicious breakfast.

Old time style, like a house I lived in as a child in the farmland of New Jersey in the 1950's. The highway is loud at the evening and in the mourning during rush hour. Way too many pickup trucks with loud exhausts. Seems as if it is a drag race competition. For people who do not like big time city life it is a nice place to stay.

Home Away from Home
I highly recommend the Dolan House. The owners were very pleasant and welcoming. We felt right at home the second we walked through the door. Our suite was very clean and comfortable. I plan to visit again soon.

Property is a well maintained & renovated house from the late1800s, staff was friendly. Its close to downtown . Very safe surroundings inspite being next to a haunted house.

Excellent Hospitality and Location
Immaculately clean historic house, walking distance to downtown, and a delicious, completely homemade breakfast. They let us copy the recipe for the English Muffin bread they had. A phenomenal experience and we’ll be back.

Our room was very nice, clean, comfortable, and restful! Cooked breakfast was delicious too! The owners made us feel like family; they were so friendly. Highly recommend staying at the Dolan House!!!

Very Worthwhile Stay!
It was comfortable, cozy & nicely decorated. The hosts were friendly, accommodating & served us a nice breakfast. Only stayed one night. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We had a wonderful one night stay at the Dolan House. Everything, from the room to the breakfast to our hosts, could not have been nicer. I highly recommend the Dolan House for a stay of any length. You won’t be disappointed!

Absolutely loved my overnight stay. Owners so friendly and place so cozy you immediately felt comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, the accommodations just made you relax instantly.

Fun 3-day Weekend in Downtown Brooksville
Dolan House is a great place, in a nice location right by the museum in downtown. Walked to Friday night live music from 7-10pm at the Courthouse. Several good restaurants in Brooksville. The owners of the Dolan House were very friendly and laid back. Breakfast was awesome and coffee bar is set up at 7am each day. Would stay at the Dolan House again.

Absolutely wonderful. Needed a calm and quiet place to stay after a stressful work week. The Dolan House fit the bill. Owners made a great breakfast next morning.

Charming Getaway
This is a charming B & B and the owners, Debra and Roger, were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were cooked beautifully each morning and the setting was cheery and lovely. The couple that owns this are so very sweet and accommodating. Our room and bathrooms were spotless! Breatfast was homemade and delicious. We will definitely try and come back for the blueberry festival next year! Highly recommended!

Dolan House getaway
My mother and I were thoroughly pleased with our stay at the Dolan house. We came up there for a wedding and a small getting getaway from our crazy life. Roger and Debra were so welcoming and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. Breakfsst was fantastic every morning. Fresh coffee and breakfast made specially for you. Roger even surprised us with fresh Banana bread. The rooms were spacious and had such a warm and relaxing feeling. We are definitely coming back here again and hopefully during christmas time.

Fantastic Experience
We went down to Brookesville just for the weekend, and our stay at the Dolan House was just incredible. The owners made us feel like we were family members coming for a visit. And the breakfast quiches were to die for!! We will definitely be staying there again.

Rooms are lovely, each with a unique feature, the Snow room has the darling (tiny) claw foot tub, and the Edington room has a fireplace, an outside balcony, and a unique rough hewn granite sink! There is a small walled in balcony sitting room available for both rooms to share. Very thoughtful of Debbie to offer free bottled water, even chilled! Roger made blueberry scones using Amish butter, so delicious! Bed was super comfortable, color scheme in Edington was so pretty in purple/eggplant color. Nice quality towels, everything very clean.
