Had a great view of the mountains in GlacierPark. The staff was professional, yet friendly. Breakfast was a delight. Food was hot and fresh. Better than most breakfasts of this type. I recommend this hotel as a nice break when traveling

Pretty much the only game in town. Older hotel that provides a safe place to sleep for the night. Very thin walls could hear the television in the room next-door had to move to another room. But the staff was very nice and accommodating. They even gave us pepper spray to use for the day at no charge.

The room was not thoroughly cleaned. The vent was dirty with crumbs, I would recommend using a vacuum on the heater/AC vent. There is no pool or hot tub, the beds are hard. But yet they are still charging $200 plus a night.

Location is convenient. Breakfast is OK. Room condition was old. Bed sheet materials quality is not good, too old, need to be updated. Our room bed sheet was not clean, there were some dirty marks on the sheets. Pillow smelt was not clean.

The staff was very friendly & accomdating. My room was clean & stocked. It is a little dated & there is work going on to the outside. The was noise until around 6 pm from workers. The pool is being re-model & unavailable. I got food to go from the casino restaurant. Everything was tasty, but a limited menu.

The property was lovely with attached casino. We did walk around the casino but did not gamble. Room was lovely with a view of town.

Das Glacier Peaks waren ein absolut fantastischer Zwischenstopp nach einer langen Fahrt vom Yellowstone Nationalpark aus! Die Umgebung scheint stark von Armut betroffen zu sein, was unsere Google-Suche leider bestätigt hat. Aber das Hotel ist absolut großartig und ein sicherer Ort mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Wir haben ein sehr gutes Frühstück genossen und in den absolut bequemen Betten gut geschlafen. The Glacier Peaks was an absolutely amazing stop after a long ride from Yellowstone! The surrounding seems very affected by poverty, which was sadly confirmed by our google search. But the Hotel ist absolutely great and a save place with some very friendly staff. We enjoyed a very good breakfast and had a good sleep in the absolut comfy beds.

The Hotel/Casino is located on a reservation of the Black Foot Tribe. The surrounding area is a Ghetto like atmosphere. We stayed inside to stay safe. The Casino is tiny. Food prices were outrageous. $17.00 for a hamburger. $300. per night was stiff but inside the hotel was nice. Hungry Dogs literally hanging outside the doors of the hotel looking for handouts. Scary stuff. I would reccomend driving to next town or whereever to stay the night.

The attached restaurant was disgusting. We had to buy snacks at the grocery store for our dinner. The amenities such as pool and soda machine were not in operation. However, the included buffet breakfast was good.

East check in, friendly staff, clean room and casino next door. Breakfast was good. My only issue was with the shower. They need to install longer curtain in walk in showers

We arrived at the hotel to check in at 5pm, and the front desk told us the room was not ready, we waited for 3 and half hours for our room and we tried to check in again. They told us the room was still not ready, it was 8:30pm and we had been waiting for hours. We then complained and they gave us a room. At no point did the staff apologize and or offer any sort of compensation. Extremely unorganized hotel and unhelpful staff.

Sadly, we had some issues with our stay. The room was very nice, but the staff was often not available at the front desk and lots of facilities were not available. The pool was being renovated. The fitness room was very limited (only 2 machines). The laundry services had been broken for multiple weeks and had not been fixed. Additionally, the surrounding area was not nice. Many stray dogs and closed stores. One thing which was very good was the buffet breakfast. Lots of choice and very tasty. It did only start at 7am though, which is not handy if you want to get started early at Glacier NP. The hotel is kind of close to the park, but it is still a rather long drive. In summary, it was definitely not worth the price we paid for the hotel.

We stayed three nights as a base for visiting Glacier National Park and it was a good location for that. I noticed a Sun Tour bus picking up guests, and I highly recommend a Sun Tour. The hotel is under construction with unkept landscaping, and the swimming pool was closed. Stray dogs greeted us arriving and departing each day in search of a handout/food. We never felt unsafe. The room rate was very high for what it is, but there's not a lot of choices in this small town area. Short-staffed causing rooms not to be ready. Our friends couldn't check in until 8pm. Trash bins always full in common areas and elevators. A basic buffet breakfast included. Room seemed to be clean with a comfortable bed but junk pillows. The furniture dated/worn. I enjoyed the Premium TV channels. Very good internet in the room. Staff are not overly friendly, except for Beth at the front desk (spotted everywhere). Beth was wonderful, super helpful, a rockstar! Limited dining in Browning and the surrounding area. We shopped at IGA grocery within a mile for items to keep in the room fridge. We did have a few meals at the Casino next door. There's a bar/lounge and a walk up counter to order food (same menu), plus a coffee shop/cafe. Food is just okay and the pricing adequate. The Casino staff were helpful and friendly.

Stay in a tent instead.
Hotel was under construction in some areas, felt dirty in most areas. There were blood stains on the sheets / mattress. No hot water for showering after a long day. Dirty toilets and floors. Disgusting simply put, especially for the high price.

Hotel gives 3pm check in time. We were not able to get a room until around 7 waiting for a room to be cleaned. If there are not enough employees in housekeeping to clean all the rooms, maybe they shouldn’t book all the rooms. We were told we would receive a discount but the next morning at check out we were told they couldn’t discount because we booked through a third party. Very disappointing and frustrating.
