"As a solo traveler I felt safe during my whole stay! The only down side was that I couldn't spend much time in the indoor pool room. The chemicals are strong and made me start to cough.
The front desk agent was very kind and helpful :)"
"Our stay served its purpose, we slept there. The property in general needs a deep clean, the water in the waterpark was not enticing and there is no separate pool/hottub that is available after the park closes at 8, not very convenient. The amount of dust on top of the chandeliers that are at eye level when you are on the 2nd floor was insane. The pull out bed mattress was barely a mattress, only accommodates one person who had to sleep in the fetal position to prevent them from falling through the frame. Will not be going back."
"We chose here for one reason, and one reason only... People claimed the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, ours was terrible! After a very rough night for my wife with former back issues, I politely asked the desk for a remedy. I explained that we have grandchildren in the area and that if a solution could be found, they would have a regular customer returning every month. The nice lady at the desk said she would talk to the owner, but then called us a few minutes later to say there was nothing they could do. So we took it upon ourselves to go to walmart and buy their best 4 inch tempurpedic topper. This cost us $100 but gave us a great night sleep on the 2nd night. But here's the thing, we had already paid the hotel for that. If they had refunded our 2nd night, it would have paid for the topper. Better yet, if they had moved us or went out and bought the topper themselves, they would have had loyal customers that come every month even in the off-season. Two night stays, once a month, just $10 each night going towards that topper would have paid for itself in less than 3 months. Instead, they told us, "sorry, you will just have to suffer because you already paid us for the 2nd night"! Sad really...."
"We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The property is stunning, impeccably maintained, and truly one of the cleanest resorts we’ve visited. What really sets this place apart, though, is the people.
This is a family-run resort, and you can feel the pride and care that goes into every detail. The owner is incredibly involved and adds such a personal touch to the experience. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and consistently went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.
It’s rare to find a place that combines beautiful accommodations with such genuine hospitality. We left feeling relaxed, appreciated, and already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend!"
