Front desk staff was OK just very cautious to give a bottle of water to one guest and not to my wife. We bought water outside the hotel. The cleaning people were very cautious with the towels, my guess is they have people taking towels with them. The breakfast was good and the people that attended the breakfast were very nice!

Air conditioning didn't work well. The hallway was extremely (perfectly for us) cold but the bedroom wouldn't cool down and humid. The windows don't keep any noise out! Otherwise great check in and check out experience, very clean and felt safe.
