Nice gem near the train and beach .

Th hotel is charming and in the perfect location with easy short walk to the train station and the beach. The beds are comfortable. The hotel was perfect for 2 nights. Did not utilize the restaurant. The only negative was trying to find someone to help at the front desk, had to wander around looking for a worker when we needed help with a question or checking in or out. Not that the staff wasn’t nice though. I would recommend this hotel as it was comfortable and the location was great.

Tuvimos una muy mala experiencia Hotel con buena ubicación cerca del transporte público, zona tranquila y habitación agradable, sin embargo es un hotel que no recomiendo, el personal es grosero, de inicio te ponen buena cara, pero el trato es pésimo posterior a tu pago, no hay tolerancia de tiempo, para nuestro check out entraron a la fuerza a nuestra habitación mientras mi esposa y yo nos vestíamos para salir y entregar habitación, estuvimos dispuestos a pagar más para que nos dieran el tiempo “extra” de guardar nuestras cosas y salir, pero literalmente nos corrieron, apenas pudimos vestirnos. Tristemente no fuimos los únicos huéspedes que pasamos mala experiencia, detrás nuestro venían otros a quienes les aventaron el café encima y botaron sus cosas a la calle. No volvería a hospedarme en este lugar jamás, cero lo recomiendo !

Leuk hotel, een beetje ouderwets ingericht, maar wel mooi. Op loopafstand van het strand en het openbaar vervoer. Ontbijtbuffet was super, zelfs champagne stond er klaar voor de gasten.

L’hôtel était presque bien mais 2 choses m’ont fortement déplus 1/ j’avais réservé une chambre dans hôtel avenue. A l’arrivée j’ai été redirigée sur l’hôtel Malot, plein centre, bruyant et pas si beau. 2/le petit dej: impossible de savoir si je vais avoir faim la veille . Le petit dej coûte 9€ si on est client de l’hôtel. Le lendemain, j’ai très faim et comme je n’ai pas réservé la veille le petit dej passe au double du prix. 19€!!! Sois disant pour une histoire de taxes - J’ai déjeuner ailleurs et ils ont perdu 9€. Bref, l’impression d’être une vache à lait sur cette côte belge 😡

Proche de la mer, un peu difficile de trouver l emplacement pour garer sa voiture. Hôtel un peu vieillot, nous avons eu un problème avec la chasse d eau , j ai demandé pour changer de chambre et ça été catégorie NON que l hôtel était complet, pourtant sur hôtel.com on pouvait encore réserver. 3 fois nous avons appelé la réception et pour finir c'était nous même qui devions nous arranger. Petit déjeuner complet et très bon. Le prix que j'ai payé 130 euros pour une nuit ne vaut pour une chambre double, le prix est excessif.

Grosse déception

Nous avions reservé 3 chambres à l'hotel Avenue et avons appris le jour de notre arrivé que nous avions été reportés sur l'hotel Malecot du même propriétaire. L'accueuil sur place a été déplorable, en commençant par nous demander avec insistance de régler les 3 chambres que nous avions payées d'avance. Une des chambres empestait le tabac froid et était dans un état de vétusté (moquette hors d'age) indigne des 3 étoiles affichées. Nous avons du nous plaindre pour obtenir une autre chambre. Autre détail: insonorisation inexistante...

Goed ontvangen in het hotel. Uitgebreid en zeer verzorgt ontbijt. Hotel moet wel volledig opgefrist worden. Personeel zeer alert en vriendelijk. Al bij al wel een aanrader.

Prettig hotel

Prima hotel. Alles is wat verouderd maar de lokatie is goed en het personeel is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We hebben er goed ontbeten en geslapen en en bedrag wat je er voor moet betalen is zeker redelijk. Persoonlijk betaal ik liever wat meer voor wat meer comfort maar we hebben een dag vooraf geboekt voor het eerste mooiweerweekend van dit jaar dus we waren al blij dat er nog een kamer beschikbaar was.
