Pela fachada não chama a atenção, mas os quartos são amplos e renovados, banheiro limpo e grande com acessórios. Funcionários extremamente atenciosos e um café da manhã muito bom!!

Stark room with filthy floor and dead mosquitos squished on all the floors and ceiling. Hard beds that were damp. Coverlet had stains on it.

Het is een redelijk prima hotel voor een citytrip: alles wat daarvoor nodig is, is aanwezig. Wij sliepen in een kamer zonder uitzicht op de stad en dan heb je alleen een raam in de badkamer (zoals ook op de foto’s te zien is), dat is natuurlijk wel minder als de deur van badkamer even dicht moet. Verder zaten er wel wat vlekken in de vloertegels, maar de schoonmaak door de schoonmakers was verder prima. De bedden waren oké. Het ontbijtbuffet was zeker voldoende. Op de website van Expedia staat dat je gratis kan parkeren ter plekke, dat is niet zo. Dat kan wel buiten de stad, of je kan betaald parkeren in een parkeergarage vlakbij. Dit staat wel correct op de website van het hotel zelf.

Me encantó el hotel, ubicado justo en la plaza central, cerca de todo a pie. La habitación, limpia, cómoda. El personal muy amable. El desayuno completo y rico. El único detalle que el WIFI no llegaba muy bien a nuestra habitación, pero en otras zonas del hotel se conectaba perfecto.

Maravilloso hotel en el centro de Brujas!
Hemos pasado una noche en el hotel y repetiríamos sin duda, la ubicación es inmejorable y el personal es atento y amable, el desayuno podría tener un poco más de variedad, pero la comida es rica en general. Nos gustó mucho este alojamiento!

im sorry but we did not get any payment from hotel.com so it means they still have your money.even when the reservations from hotel.com do not show up we do not even get a cent.sqo blame them not us

Ok hotel. One night only.
The hotel is ok for one day. Small room. Basic. No kettle for tea or coffee. Beds were small singles. Not good for large people. Basic hotel. Parking is misleading. There is no free self parking. This is wrong to put that there. I had to pay€16 for overnight parking. Staff friendly. Location excellent.

Location could not have been more central for the old city. Staff were amazing!!! So helpful, friendly, funny, nothing was too much trouble for them.

Friendly and cleanly
The staff was extremely friendly, room was clean, and they offered a good breakfast. The room did get a little warm (we were at the front of the hotel), but they provided fans. I would definitely stay again.

Location Could Not be Better
Location is key and cannot do better. Great breakfast spread. Rooms are cozy, clean, and minimal, but has all that you need. The staff was great. At times, a bit amusingly irreverent (cheeky), which we found pleasurable.

Great location, right on the main square. Wonderful staff. Great price. No window in the bedroom is not so nice and the window in the bathroom was held closed with tape. But other guests were disgusting coming back in the middle of the night shouting and throwing up...which you can hear through the paper thin walls. Another reason hotels should never take bookings from British groups.

Beautiful room and location!
The hosts were lovely and the location was gorgeous and as central as you could get. The rooms are above a lovely bistro which looks out onto the Markt and the belfry and serves traditional Flemish dishes to enjoy with the view.

Best location one could ever hope for, best staff we had during our entire trip, breakfast was good, room was gorgeous and comfortable. We generally don't choose hotels specifically (we shop mainly by price) but when we come back to Bruges, this is where we'll stay again!!

Sober maar wel goed gelegen.
Slechte isolatie: wij sliepen aan de kant van de markt met als gevolg we 's morgens wakker werden van al het lawaai! Vuilniswagens die vuilbakken leegden, bestelwagens die kwamen leveren... Niet aangenaam! Geen tv, koffie, frigo... op de kamer.. Zeer pover. Ontbijt viel mee, gewoon basic. Een tweede verblijf zit er niet in. Wel een uiterste goede locatie!

Strongly recommend
The hotel is very well located with super friendly staff. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. The breakfast was much more then expected. The price was inexpensive for what we got. I would strongly recommend the Central to everyone.
