Pire hôtel que j’ai jamais vu, en arrivant j’ai failli partir ailleurs et pourtant je ne suis pas regardant. Tout est délabré à un point à peine imaginable et le personnel s’en moque complètement. L’emplacement sur la grand place est bien et le prix bon marché mais, si vous y allez, il faut être prêt à vous accrocher. Allez voir les notes Google.

Slightly strange place
This is effectively a 3 bedroom apartment with one of the beds in the living room. There is also a kitchen, and is decorated like a old palace! It took a while to find it as it’s not a traditional hotel it’s a restaurant and you have to check in with staff there. Although the description says “parking” there’s is none and we ended up in a paid car park that wasn’t that close. Although the place was clean and with fresh towels and bedding my wife did get bit by something so not so great on that part. On a plus it is right in the middle of where you need to be and close to everything.

Grande Place Bruges
Idéalement situé sur la Grande Place, cet appartement (au 3ème) est resté figé dans le temps (plutôt sympa) mais l'ambiance générale faisait non entretenu de la literie aux sols jusqu'aux rideaux...), avec un accueil absent effectué par l'équipe du restaurant !

Helaas was de hotelkamer niet netjes. Heel veel was kapot. Ontvangst was alles behalve het gevoel dat je welkom was. 1 keer en nooit meer. Locatie is top.

Zunächst ist das Hotel schwer zu finden, da nirgend ein Schild oder Hinweis zu finden war. Wir sind in das Restaurant mit gleichem Namen und wollten höflich fragen, ob wir hier richtig sind. Wir wurden unhöflich darauf hingewiesen, dass Einchecken erst ab 15 Uhr möglich ist. Das Zimmer selbst war total runtergekommen. Um es kurz zu machen: absolut renovierungsbefürftig! Die Handtücher waren so dreckig, dass wir auf die Benutzung verzichtet haben. Eklig! Absolut nicht empfehlenswert!

No está señalizado, no tiene recepción. Se siente muy inseguro. La habitación asignada tiene varios accesos, estaba muy sucia, preferimos pagar en otro lugar. No se siente confianza el dormir ahí.

This was the worst room I have stayed in. No Maintenance. The safety security light out side our room at the top of the stairs did not work. The front door Handel on the inside of the room was nearly falling off. The bathroom shelf was also falling off. The man hole cover in one bedroom room was ajar/open. The bathroom had 4 lights but only 2 worked. The lounge area has many lights but only one worked. There were two light stands with no gloves in them. The ceiling light was 3 down lights, one missing, Two not working. The main bed was in the lounge room, no issues but the light was a chandelier more than half the lights were not working. Other than the servers lack of lighting, the main room, lounge and bedroom had windows facing the Markt square, there was a lot of light from the square coming in, plus there were outside spotlights on the window sill pointing up to highlight the building from the outside. The issue here is most of the light came into the bedroom. I found 2 curtains in a wardrobe, and even so I think more were missing. The bits to re hang the curtains were missing so they could not be hung and therefore the light came into this room all night. The room was so light you could not use this bed and bedroom.

Great location, we enjoyed the stay. Pleasantly surprised that there was a market Wednesday morning, wish we had stayed another night.

On the Markt square, so position is awesome. You can come back after dinner with a drink of your choice and sit with the windows open and gaze across the square. Incredible. Yes the fittings are dated, and some have seen better days, but the size and position cannot be beaten.

This is not a hotel. It is a Restaurant that has some rooms for rent. There is no lobby. You just get to the restaurant and ask for your room key. Very old place but the location is super good

You can’t beat the location and the price tbh! However, the place wasn’t really clean. It was insanely old. My door handle and that actual lock came completely off LOL! I went downstairs and the property is run by the waitstaff? They said the head guy was gone for the day so their was nothing they could do about my lock being gone. Ummm what?! Luckily another waiter was able to help. Honestly if you are just looking for a place to crash, it’s fine. If you are looking for any customer service I wouldn’t choose it

Wow, what a stay. Utterly perfect location, right on the square. We were lucky to get Room 3 which is the one shown in the nicest photos. Decor is high quality but dated (but we liked that), it’s basically a flat with a super comfy bed, great shower and a view over the square to die for. If you look on Google reviews you will see a lot of mixed reviews, but these are for the restaurant underneath your rooms. We would definitely stay here again. There is also really convenient underground parking (4 mins walk away for €16 a day) nearby.

Nice location but falsely advertised
This is not a hotel, but a collection of rooms above a cafe. The rooms are a lovely size but the work done to refresh the condition is poor, and in addition they are falsely advertised. If this matters to you then it will have a significant impact to your stay: There is no car parking There is no AC There is no disabled access (there is a lift internal to the stairwell, but the lift is only accessible once you have already climbed a flight of stairs) It is not possible to contact the hotel as their phone number has been cut off The actual rooms are still nice though and the location is nice and central.

Terrible. No communication. Number doesn’t work.
Terrible (no) communication with this hotel. Our trip was delayed and we booked for two nights. I emailed them repeatedly to notify them that we would not make the first night and wanted to keep the second night. I expected to refund or price adjustment, only that they would hold the room for us. No reply. No reply to emails. Tried to call and no heir number is out of service. Hotels.com agent could not contact them either. If the hotel will not or cannot communicate with the client or hotels.com agents, then they should be removed as a hotels.com hotel immediately. Lost two nights including cost and rewards points and had to rebook at another hotel. Pull them from the hotel.com site, pls, to prevent more unhappy customers.

Très belle chambre
Tres belle chambre (plutot un petit appartement même), sur la grand place de bruges, propre et confortable, spacieuse. Emplacement parfait, tres bon rapport qualité prix.

Great but could be so much better
The actual place was good, the room was great, the wardrobe have broken doors, a lampshade was missing, a curtain rail was broken as well. The electrical points look slightly a tad worn as well, some people may look like it as nit picking but it's stopping this place from a great place into a awesome place. It's well placed, with a great restaurant underneath it, situated well in Bruges, it just needs abit more t.l.c

The room, (#3), was definitely not what I expected. Huge...with the most amazing view of the Square. I would have to stay here again if I ever came back...and I will. If you are on the fence about staying here...I am here to tell you to just book it. You will be very glad that you did.
