The suite was near a lot of restaurants, shops, markets and everything was walking distance. The room had everything we could need and it was very clean! I would suggest this place to any travellers.

Stayed here for 1 night and was such a lovely room, shower really good and powerful. Lively view out of window onto canal and opposing trees, location is just out of busy location so really quite on an evening

Good location- close to the train station but away from the hustle and bustle. Easy walk to city center. Great communication prior to arrival; runs like a holiday let, with limited face to face interaction with staff, but great place with lots of room

Top Lage mit kleinen Mängeln im Detail ​Die Lage und das Parken Die Nähe zur Stadt ist absolut fantastisch und ein echter Pluspunkt. Da die Parksituation direkt vor Ort etwas schwierig ist, haben wir das Parkhaus Interparking am Busbahnhof genutzt, was preislich sehr fair ist. ​Wichtiger Tipp für andere Gäste: Zahlt nicht im Voraus für den gesamten Aufenthalt! Das Ticket verliert beim ersten Ausfahren seine Gültigkeit und man muss für die restliche Zeit neu bezahlen. ​Zimmerausstattung und Komfort Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Abdunkelung der Zimmer funktioniert hervorragend, sodass man ungestört schlafen kann. Allerdings gibt es ein paar technische Aspekte, die den Aufenthalt trüben: Das WLAN im Zimmer war leider recht langsam. Zudem waren die Heizungen bei unserer Ankunft ausgeschaltet, was bei einer Außentemperatur von ca. 4 °C für eine recht frische Zimmertermperatur sorgte. ​Mängel und Instandhaltung Leider gibt es im Badezimmer erste Anzeichen von Schimmel sowie Blasenbildung unter der Wandfarbe. Das Lüften gestaltete sich schwierig, da das Rollo defekt war. Auch die Geräuschkulisse sollte man beachten: Die Wohnung ist recht hellhörig, und bei Regen entstehen auf dem Dach Geräusche, die an ein Wellblechdach erinnern. ​Wichtige Hinweise zur Barrierefreiheit Ein wichtiger Punkt für Reisende mit eingeschränkter Mobilität oder schwerem Gepäck: Die Treppen zu den Zimmern 3 und 4 sind sehr steil und beschwerlich

Nous avons apprécié le design de l’hôtel ainsi que son emplacement (à distance de marche de la station de train et à distance de marche du centre, quartier tranquille). Par contre, la propreté n’était pas parfaite, nous y avons retrouvé quelques amas de poussière. Il n’y avait pas de débarbouillette pour le visage et le shampoing et le savon dans la douche semblaient avoir été laissés par des clients précédents (produits de pharmacie bas de gamme)? Aussi nous voyagions avec nos jeunes enfants de 1 et 3 ans et nous avons trouvé que la chambre était vraiment peu kid-friendly. Nous avions demandé un lit de bébé qui était présent à notre arrivée, ce que nous avons apprécié. Par contre, il n’y avait aucun drap dans le lit. Aussi dans notre appartement à deux chambres, il y avait une marche pour la salle de bains et deux marches vers la chambre donc peu pratique avec un bébé. Il y avait beaucoup d’éléments de décoration fragiles à leur hauteur. La fenêtre dans une des chambres descendait à environ 1-2 pieds du sol, donc par mesure de sécurité nous l’avons gardé fermée lorsque nous étions à l’appartement ce qui a empêché de refroidir la chambre. Également, la rembarde du balcon était des cordes à l’horizontal espacées, donc très attrayant pour les enfants de grimper et tomber. Je ne recommande donc pas pour les jeunes familles, mais plutôt pour les couples. Nous avons trouvé aussi que c’était mal insonorisé et les matelas très mous.

We booked this property as a family with two young children but left almost immediately due to serious security concerns. Before arrival, I contacted the property via WhatsApp and Expedia with specific questions about parking, but every response was a generic message that didn’t answer my questions. On arrival, we discovered that the code for the main entrance was exactly the same as the code for our room. Even more concerning, there was no way to lock the room from the inside. This meant anyone with access to the building also had access to our room, leaving us feeling completely unsafe. We immediately booked another hotel nearby. The room was reasonably clean, although pizza boxes had been left on the balcony. There was only one fan for two rooms, making it very warm. The customer service afterwards was equally disappointing. Expedia contacted the property several times regarding a refund due to our security concerns, but each request was rejected without any meaningful response. When I explained why we couldn’t stay, I received only another generic automated message asking me to leave a review. Expedia later said the property had tried to contact me directly, but I received no messages, calls or emails. Based on our experience, we strongly do not recommend staying here. The lack of security, poor communication and complete disregard for our concerns meant we did not feel safe, and we would encourage other travellers, especially families to look elsewhere.

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was large, bathroom was good and the location excellent. Only complaints would be that the fixtures could use a good cleaning and that we only got two coffee pods for our four-night stay. There was no shampoo or shower gel provided. Although located on a ring road and a little noisy during the morning commute, it quiets down at night. Quick walk into the town centre and also a short walk to the train station or bus stop. There are a few cafes and restaurants just steps away. We felt very safe and comfortable here and would stay again.
