"This is a great property and is a good place to stay on your way to southern Oregon or to enjoy area outdoor activities. When I checked in, the front desk person had been dealing with a few walk-in reservations that also wanted to see the room first. He was by himself but handled it well and had a positive attitude. Breakfast in the morning is cooked to order and is a nice amenity. The hotel gives you several choices and better than a lot of limited-service hotels usually give. There are also other food options close by to get food for lunch or dinner. I would stay here again if in the area."

"My room was very clean and had all the essentials. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is conveniently located on Route 101. That being said, it was very loud at night due to traffic. Despite that, I slept well because of the very comfortable bed. Overall, a good stay."

"Worst place I have ever stayed. Property was in renovations so only a couple of rooms available and old mattresses were in a pile in parking lot with people working in all the other rooms with intermttent loud equipment noise. None of this was disclosed on hotels.com. Couldn’t find s staff member to check in for about 20 minutes, and no one in office for check out at 7am. Room not very clean, especially the bathroom. Shower water never warmed up. Loud noise from neighboring room plus road noise made it impossible to sleep."
