Not bad. Would visit again.
Overall, it was not bad and I am happy to visit there again if needed. It was a well managed serviced apartment but some utilities within the room were not looked after. Other than that, everything else was alright.

The owner and her husband are very friendly, and thier story is very intersting.The building is a bit of old, but it's very clean. And fees are very cheap. Studio type is recommended.

Staff were helpful and accommodating with early check in and late check out (negotiated part payment) to suit my needs. A basic property. Had all I needed, important bits are clean, but some areas dusty etc. Marks on walls and shower a bit mouldy. Done go expecting 5 stars. If you need a comfy clean bed and are happy with basics it will suit your needs. Convenient to public transport and Princes Park for a nice walk.

Great easy location, the owners are a very nice couple super friendly. the place was simple but just what I needed! private, quiet, easy access, and able to walk or take the tram anywhere. close to lot of food and groceries. if need something affordable and simple this is a great choice.

Had an unpleasant stay at this place. The furniture in the room is dated, unclean, had stinky towels and sheets. The aircon in the room was probably 30 years old. The hallway has a damp smell, bit noisy and can hear people talking. Location is excellent and staff is friendly, still wouldn't recommend it.

This place was misrepresented in the advertising. They used photos of newly renovated rooms in their advertising but this is definitely not what we were given. The room was filthy, layers of dust on multiple surfaces. Cutlery and cutlery trays were dirty. Bathroom was dirty. The whole place smelt musty and old. Would never reccommend this accommodation. It was disgusting, unhygenic.

We didn’t realise checkout was 10am and at 10.05 the owner came banging on our door and was extremely aggressive towards us. Two females. To the point where we were actually a bit frightened. The hallways and room had a very damp smell. If you stay here make sure you check out at 10am sharp!!

Room was lovely and in a quiet area. Really enjoyed the stay except the fridge had some liquid in the bottom that really smelled and it got on some of our food. Would visit again though, I’m sure it was just a one off.

Good location and satisfactory but tiny unworkable bathroom and no lighting over bench top/sink. Basin under shaving cabinet so small we had to clean our teeth at the sing. Toilet awkward position in narrow bathroom.
