Not all it seems

Got apartment at cheap price. Would be upset if paid full price. King size bed was two singles put together. Upholstery smelt and pillows extremely uncomfortable.

Bastante aceptable y muy bien situado.

El hotel estaba muy bien situado, a 5 minutos de una estación principal donde enlaza muy bien para llegar al centro de Bruselas, moverte en metro, tren para Brujas... El estado del hotel bastante bien para el precio que tenía. Lo único malo es que los cuatro días que me hospedé, el servicio de limpieza no cambió la basura del cuarto... pero bueno, no es nada que no pueda solucionar uno mismo.

Preiswerte Wahl in Bahnhofsnaehe

Mir hat das Apartment gut gefallen. Das unmittelbare Umfeld ist nicht so toll, aber der Bahnhof Midi fusslaeufig. Ich komme wieder.

場所はMIDI駅徒歩１０分位に近く、列車での移動には大変便利でした。タオルの交換が２日毎で、交換を忘れられた日が有ったのが残念と、ベッドシーツ交換、室内清掃が少ない。アパートホテルを考えれば仕方がないことでしょうか？

Terrible place

Terrible place. Real price is different that the price on reservation. No air conditioning, noise from the street. Strange people walking around the ares.

nous avons passé un week end tres agreable, l appartement est spacieux, le lit tres confortable. Pour ceux qui veulent cuisiner il y a le necessaire dans l appartement. Le seul petit bémol c est la propreté des sanitaires qui est un peu limite mais sa reste correcte. Malgré l hotel qui est à coté d une rue nous avons passé des nuits calmes. L hotel se trouve à 10min de la gare et 30min à pied du centre ville.

Das Appartement ist für zwei Personen großzügig. Die Einrichtungen sind zweckmäßig. Im WC ist leider kein Handwaschbecken vorhanden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Der Bahnhof Midi ist in 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

So, when we went to check in, we had already paid about a month before, but due to some error, we were not on the schedule on that night and it was completely booked. Therefore, we had to wait for 2 hours until we were able to get the spot we had paid for. The location is great if you need to be close to Midi but otherwise the neighborhood is kind of sketchy. The room was huge and had a great amount of amenities, but it is in need of updating.

Spacious apartment hotel but rude staff

The apartment buildings is old but apartments are spacious. The cleaning service is not good. The cleaning happens once a week and towels are not changed daily. The furniture has bed bugs and could not sleep for 2 nights. Few mornings i could see bed bugs crawling on comforter and on floor. And sometimes on walls and roof. Almost every staff is quite rude. Either do not understand the need of customer or do not want to understand it. Some empathy would be very useful.

Je m'attendais à trouver un coin cuisine. Chambre spacieuse, mais mal insonnorisé, donnant sur la rue. Literie double ,avec un matelas trop mou, un matelas trop dur. Salle de bain vieillissante, nettoyage approximatif .

Un faux apparthôtel

Confusion dès la réservation car la notion d’apparthotel est comme son nom l’indique un appart avec service d’hotel. Or je m’en suis trouvée dans une chambre d’hôtel, sans coin cuisine. Propreté laisse franchement à désirer. Endroit bien placé mais extrêmement bruyant.

Spacious accommodation. Location not so good for sightseeing , had to walk a fair bit, although good for Station Gare du Midi. For self catering could have done more equipment eg kettle, teaspoons and bigger cups. Used microwave to make coffee. Staff very friendly.

The property was ok! Looks a little dated but it was clean and comfortable enough! Close to the train station (3 blocks) so that was very good! The staff barely spoke English and they were just courteous but not really nice. It was cheaper for Brussels and I would probably stay there if I go to Brussels again.
