어른 3명이 듀플렉스 스위트룸에 묵었는데 복층구조로 2층과 1층에 침실이 있어서 충분한 공간이 있었고 객실도 깨끗하고 일반 호텔에 비해 조명도 밝았다. 집같은 편안함을 느낄 수 있는 호텔이었고 조식도 간단하지만 정갈해서 좋았다. 단지 호텔 입구가 정말 작아서 찾기 힘들었는데 위치는 브뤼셀 중앙역에서 걸어서 5분 거리라 좋은 편이다

중심지와 가까워 무척 좋았습니다. 호텔도 깔끔하고 잘 정돈되어 있고 직원들도 친절했고요. 다만 라디에이터가 작동하지 않아 직원에게 문의했더니. (제 남편이 뜨거운 물 샤워해서 화재알람 확인차 이전에 올라왔었음 ㅎㅎㅎ) 그 알람 때문에 지금 작동이 안된다며 한두시간 있으면 된다더군요. 밤새 안됐답니다. ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 좀 추웠는데 괜찮았습니다. 2박이라 다음날 다른 직원이 있길래 물어봤더니 다 안된답니다. 그냥 벽에 붙은 에어컨 조절기 같은 걸로 켜면 된다고 하더라고요. 전날 그 직원이 그 이야기를 해 줬으면 좋았겠다. 싶었습니다. 뭐 못 잘 정도로 춥지는 않았습니다. 직원들도. 위치도 아주 만족했습니다.

Brand new great hotel
It' brand new hotel so close to Grand Place. The staff at a reception was so kind and friendly. Everything was great. It can be little bit noisy at night.

Loved that the hotel was right beside many of the attractions in Brussels. However, the room was fairly average and in some spots was not in great condition. Other than that, the service was fantastic and again the location was excellent. Would recommend for someone that is staying in Brussels just for the night and wanting to see as much as possible

The property is next to the Galerías. The floor is all wood and extremely noisy and I wish they had in the room an actual hair dryer. Besides that is a good stay.

Beautiful boutique hotel centrally located. Super QUIET!! Our room faced the gallery and it was so quiet at night. Many restaurants near by. Central train station within in easy walking distance for day trips. Staffs were very friendly! Bring your own slippers and shower cap if those are important to you.

Our bathroom had a funky smell from the drains but I hesitate even mentioning it because our room was above the savonnerie and the room itself smelled heavenly! It was clean, close to so much but far enough away from chaos….loved this place and will probably stay here again.

Considerations: - Location: provided great convenience to shopping, restaurants, and transportation. 1.5 point One eyesore of the area was the amount of trash outside businesses, and cans overflowing. - Hotel staff: available and friendly. 1 point - Amenities: Lack of what we would consider common amenities for a room at this rate: no microwave, no refrigerator, no obvious ice for drinks, no comfortable area to sit and relax, and the wood floors creaked loudly, to the point that someone going to the bathroom would cause the other person to wake up. 0 points - Shower: the area was tight but workable, except that the drain cap was right where one would stand, so that was frequently knocked loose/off. Also, the rain-shower portion was not attached correctly, so it leaked at the point where its extension connected to the main pipe, and was effectively unusable. 0 points - Tub: nicely sized and relaxing, however it took probably 30 minutes to fill to a reasonable level. 0.5 points We didn't eat at the "restaurant" that was integrated at the hotel, but it looked like a small grill with at least a reasonable continental style offering to be expected, and would not have altered the considerations above in any manner. Generally, would recommend this for a night or two, and solely for the location. Otherwise, would find a place with a bit more room space and conveniences to have the ability to comfortably relax after a long day of sightseeing or shopping.

Prima accommodatie. Moderne en erg ruime kamer (optie met kingsize bed), met heerlijke douche en bad, Nespressomachine en waterkoker. Middenin het centrum met alles op loopafstand. In de winter (Kerst) was de omgeving gezellig druk, in de zomer mogelijk (erg) toeristisch. Personeel vriendelijk, maar niet veel gesproken. Het is wel wat gehorig: gestommel uit andere kamers en soms wat geluiden van buiten, als het druk is. Maar dat past bij de locatie en met gesloten ramen is het geen groot probleem (verwarming en airco aanwezig). Ontbijt hebben we op andere plekken genomen, genoeg opties in de directe omgeving. Bij een volgend bezoek aan Brussel, overwegen we dit zeker weer!

very convenient to all of brussels and transportation..dining all around as well.....very old property nicely renovated but in three person room the double bed is in upstairs loft and the bathroom is downstairs. the stairs are not easy to maneuver for elderly folks...tv is downstiars as well and the downstairs area is large but seating is absent other than a chair...bathroom is adequate.. staff is very helpful and pleasant

This is truly more of a hostile experience. If you are looking for an amazing location at a reasonable price, or as was the case with us a three person room, you’ll be fine for a night or two. Rugs were stained, and one of our two rooms had no television. We also ran out of toilet paper. My biggest complaint was after hours access. The main front door was locked after hours and we had to ask to be let out. The staff member on duty seemed very put out. We were jet lagged and wanted to walk the square without all the crowds, and he seemed annoyed with us. Location was a block from the heart of Brussels, and nearby parking garage was only $22 overnight. Great location, but zero amenities and could have been cleaner.

Friendly staff. Excellent location. Nicely kept. Only complaint was that the shower water pressure was higher than the shower would drain and so the bathroom floor would be soaked. Otherwise excellent.

トイレとバスが別々に設置されていて、しかもバスタブもあり、とても快適でした。 ただ滞在中に急に停電しましたが、特に説明もないままでした。 それ以外は問題なく過ごせました。

The hotel is really fine, in one of best places in Bruxelles, with a remarkable restaurant. Rooms are cozy, clean and with nice furniture. The (small) drawbacks are that it’s almost impossible to get there by car and that the road might be noisy late at night because of lots of restaurants and bars.

Best place to stay in heart of brussels
