Unfortunately, my stay at Résidence Midi 33 was highly disappointing. While the initial impression of the flat seemed promising, it quickly turned sour upon closer inspection. The room was plagued with cleanliness issues, including mold in the bathroom and sink, an abundance of bed bugs, and dirty bed sheets strewn with hair. These issues greatly detracted from what could have been a pleasant stay. I would strongly advise against booking a room here until the management addresses these hygiene concerns.

No funciona el WiFi solo en la recepción y no hay manera de tener atención solo en los horarios que marcan de 10am -5 pm Tuvimos la experiencia de desalojar el edificio por que solo la alarma a las 2 am y no había manera de comunicarnos a recepción de que sucedía y estábamos en el piso 9 empezamos a bajar por escalera , sin embarro igual subir y llegamos hast abajo sin saber a k hr podíamos regresar ya que no había nadie de ahí ...la alarma se silencio pero no sabíamos que pasaba . Gracias por hacer estas encuestas

All was fine the first couple of nights. The final night, a Saturday evening, seemed to be when the problems occurred. The garage, for parking, was routinely blocked by locals; preventing access for guests. It seemed as if this was a recurring issue that had become the norm. Nonetheless, it is a busy city where these problems will occur. Our final night, the security door would not open (for all of the flats), this was corrected when reported. Our card wouldn’t open our door either; this was corrected, also, immediately. These things happen, unfortunately these issues occurred all at once in the span of an hour, but overall it was good.

Shredded curtains could not be closed. Floor was dirty. The sink in the toilet chamber was non-functional. We were given 1.5 small rolls of toilet paper for our stay. We could not contact the front desk because it is only open during standard business hours (10-5), during which hours we were also away from the building. Do not book this property!

El apartamento esta descuidado, tuvimos una perdida de agua en el piso del baño que no fue solucionada. La zona donde se encuentra no es de las mejores, aunque no tuvimos inconvenientes

Caminando de bruselas midi lo que te facilita ir a otros lugares de Belgica, en los alrededores hay lugares para comer a 20 minutos caminando de la grand place.

Erstens sieht alles nicht aus wie auf dem Bildern. Überall ist etwas kaputt dusche sieht eklig aus. Das ganze System von dem Apartment ist komisch, die Gegend ist katastrophal nur Polizei und komische Menschen. Der Typ an der Rezeption hatte kein Bock auf seinem Job, wir müssten 20min warten da unser Zimmer noch nicht fertig war obwohl wir um 16 Uhr einchecken sollten und wir sogar erst um 18uhr da waren war das Zimmer nicht fertig, dann haben wir ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. Was uns aufgefallen ist in dem Apartment komplex arbeitet anscheinend eine prostituierte die sehr viel Kundschaft hat und man das auf jeden direkt merkt und ein Unwohles Gefühl hat. Sie hat man im Bademantel gesehen im Fahrstuhl mit drei Männer und davor mit 2 Männer usw. Ich werde hier nie wieder schlafen und würde es keinen empfehlen lieber zahle ich etwas und hab ein perfekten Aufenthalt. Danke
