When I arrived on the first night, I noticed mold in the bathroom. I checked in at almost midnight due to a work event but had prepaid for my 3 night stay. I called to the front desk and asked for a new room but was told there were no more. I asked for a new room the next day or a refund. My intent was to move to a new hotel. I was told I could be moved after 3pm but would have to talk to management about a refund. I called the next morning from work and was told they would call me back. I received no call back. I returned to the hotel that night and stopped at the front desk as I still wanted a new room or to be refunded and move. I was told that there was no more mold in the room and it was taken care of. Once I got to the room, I noticed that they just painted over it. By this time it was once again almost midnight. Exhausted from 16 hour shifts, I just left it alone since they clearly did not want to help. Iโve now checked out and gone home and have been diagnosed with a respiratory infection that was told more than likely came from the mold. Stay somewhere else.
