The staff were nice, location great, but the hotel was not as described, no breakfast available to purchase, no pool, no spa, coffee / tea only on arrival, no gym, no room safe, room not serviced for the full 4 nights we stayed.

Excellent hotel, well priced but never saw any staff and as I arrived late at night there was no water in my room or available, also a long walk to find somewhere to get a coffee/breakfast, there is a cake shop in the lobby but they don't sell coffee and the coffee shop in the lobby was closed throughout my stay, otherwise am very pleased with this hotel. Thanks!!

Absolutely terrible. Just do not book it by any means. I arrived to the hotel and there is no reception on site. There are two mobile numbers you need to call and no one answers. Same was at the check out. The cleaner came to some sort of rescue at the check-in. Then the rooms are as shabby as you can imagine in the worst dreams. The rooms and all the facilities seems like they are stuck in the long gone ‘70s!!!! Save yourself the bother and just don’t book it.

Warm cosy feel like home atmosfhere; great matress!! Lovely stay

Lovely stay, the hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms are elegant, tasteful decorated, cosy and clean. The cleaning service during our stay was perfect. The highlight of this stay was the very large and comfortable bed with impeccable bedding, we loved it. Minor minuses like one of the bathroom sink taps was quite noisy or due to the room location sometime early morning we could hear restaurant staff when chatting right outside the restaurant entrance. Overall we loved very much our stay in this hotel and we strongly recommend it.

Hotel molto carino e pulito, situato in una zona tranquilla di Bucarest. Unica pecca il servizio: l’hotel non ha l’ascensore e il personale non mi ha aiutato a trasportare i bagagli fino alla camera, situata al terzo piano, nonostante le mie richieste. Anche il servizio ristorante molto discutibile: molti piatti sul menu non disponibili e il cameriere insisteva perché non ordinassi la pietanza che ho scelto...

Romanian Vacation

Great hotel, great location! No elevators, though, therefore it is difficult for people with big luggage to drag them around, I had to hurl them across to the 2nd floor.There was only minimal storage place in the bathroom, not enough hooks close to the shower which diminishes the comfort and condition rating. As to the cleanliness - only one concern: the power plugs in one room (# 22) were unscrewed from the wall and each touch would cut the power. Aside from these shortcomings, we enjoyed the proximity of everything and the great breakfast. The wi-fi was a bit slow, but manageable, the heating in great condition, the beds comfortable enough.

Small boutique hotel with excellent service!

This is a small boutique hotel where the staff and service was friendly and efficient. It does not have many restaurants inside but many great choices a few minutes walk outside.

Nice property, a ways to go yet.

The hotel lacks the details that make a stay really good--a list of telephone numbers for service, mirrors at a good height, helpful people at the breakfast buffet. Silverware wasn't always available...and on. The staff doesn't appear to have had good training, although they were, on the whole, pleasant and, when addressed, the management bent over backwards to correct problems.

Lovely boutique hotel

Hotel is lovely although the standard rooms are quite dark, the furniture perhaps a bit outdated, very clean, reception staff is amazing, really friendly and helpful, location was perfect for us, in terms of food I only had a coffee which was not the best but very expensive, wifi ok.

Beautiful hotel, good cuisine, reception almost professional.If you have an appointment and you need your shirt get ironed don't let them do it in the morning.You'll wait a lot. Be careful if you book by hotels.com because they will charge twice telling you that the card hasn't benn charged. It is only for guarantee. If you try to call them at the reception the next day nobody will answer.

Simply Excellent

The hotel is lovely and the staff very kind and professional. The room is spacious with a comfortable bed. Excelent breakfast and wonderful terrace. The area is quiet, close to the biggest park in Bucharest and to old city centre. It felt like being home more than in a hotel, so I will definitely come back.

Luxurious

This was the best hotel we stayed at in Romania. We spent our last night here and we loved it. It is luxurious, the rooms are large and have all amenities, including a comfortable bed. The linen was clean, even had a feather down duvet for the chilly weather. We enjoyed our stay!
