Huoneistohotelli sijaitsee hyvällä paikalla lähellä keskustaa ja lyhen kävelymatkan päässä vanhasta kaupungista. Alakerrassa on italialainen ravintola ja ruokakauppa lyhyen matkan päässä. Sisään mennään ravintolan lasitettujen terassien välistä. Ylös menee jyrkähköt portaat, mutta käytössä on myös erittäin pieni vanha hissi. Kolmella huoneistolla on yhteinen aula, jossa sohva ja televisio. Yhdessä huoneistoista on lasinen ovi, joka ei tuntunut kovin turvalliselta tai ääntä eristävältä. Huone vaikutti entiseltä hotellihuoneelta, jossa muhkea ja mukava sänky. Huoneessa oli jääkaappi, vedenkeitin ja Nessuno-kahvinkeitin, johon oli vain kaksi kapselia. Kylpyhuone oli äskettäin remontoitu, lämmintä vettä tuli riittävästi, mutta ei mitenkään runsaasti. Vanhassa talossa oli myös tavallisia asuntoja, joista osaa remontointiin. Viereinen pienempi katu oli ainakin hiljainen yöllä.

Die Unterkunft war etwas schwer zu finden. Außerdem ist unsere Dusche undicht gewesen. Allgemein hat es im Bad sehr muffig und schimmelig gerochen. Das Bett allerdings war sehr bequem. Auf dem Teppich waren einige komische Flecke. Die Apartments waren sehr hellhörig.
