"Hotel Vision was in the perfect location for us - near enough to walk to most places but far enough away from the very busy tourist strip. We stayed in a standard double that had a small balcony overlooking an internal courtyard. This did make the otherwise quite spacious room feel a little claustrophobic. The air con didn’t cool the room as much as we would have liked but we could open the door to the balcony so it wasn’t an issue. The bed was very comfortable and the room cleaned regularly. We were left a hand written welcome note on the first night (we stayed for 5 nights), a bottle of local wine & a chocolate each on the pillows. The lobby area was vast and mostly unused which made us think maybe a bar (separate from and more comfortable to sit in than the tapas restaurant) could be a welcome addition. The spa too was spacious but only housed a sauna and very small gym (a few free weights, treadmill & bike) but plenty of seating. Maybe a jacuzzi or steam room could be considered. We had breakfast one day only and have to say it was incredible. One of the best buffets we have ever had. We would stay again if we ever returned to Budapest. "
