The room was exceptional, featuring comfortable beds, a sanitary bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. The apartment felt like home and was remarkably spacious. The staff were friendly and very helpful when we were unable to enter our room when a member of our family was absent. Additionally, the buffet breakfast, wellness facilities, and overall amenities were excellent. To top it off, the reception allowed us to check in early and store items for a friend. We strongly recommend this hotel and may consider returning in the future.

Good hotel close to the main sites of Budapest. We stayed in the apartments. Was lovely and clean, large in size and comfortable. Only thing to note is that the spa and swimming pool can be very busy as it is used by locals also. If you want a relaxing quiet swim… this is rare.

The hotel is OK, but definitely not for 4*. It's outdated and there is only one elevator in it so sometimes you need to spend a lot of time waiting for it. The gym is good but overcrowded because it's public and many people from the neighborhood use it. Wifi works only in the room but not in the hallway and lobby.

Fab location, beautiful rooms, gym,spa,swimming pool on site. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We have stayed here before and will do again. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Everywhere you would like to see in Budapest is within walking distance, and there is a hop on hop off bus stop just 300m from the hotel. There is a spar shop less than 100m from the hotel and some great restaurants and bars a couple mins walk away. 5 stars from us

Friendly and understanding staff made all the difference. I truly appreciate their professionalism and kindness of staff. The apartment room was quite spacious including a nice kitchen and excellent for a family of four. The location is also great with many fantastic restaurant and cafes in walking distance as well as easy access to metro and trams. Overall, we had a wonderful with the family and I would strongly recommend :)
