Great small hotel with a lot of amenities. Take advantage of the beach club with free beach beds, free parking, great buffet breakfest, excellent on-site restraunt for lunch or dinner, rooftop with indoor pool, spa including sauna and turkish hamam, and the on-site masseuse who was excellent. All staff are superb and help you with a smile.

Great hotel. Great location and. staff. I was under the impression the hotel is beachfront. It isn't. You have to go through a small tunnel and take a 5 min walk to their private area. Parking spots is a little limited and is tight. One night I had to park it on the ramp. I had another guest parked in front of me. Since it is so tight and narrow, I ended scratching the bumper on the car. Big bill. Besides that, the staff is super helpful and nice. I do recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

While the weather was not always great, the hotel, staff and Budva in general was amazing. We made the most of our stay, enjoying spa treatments and the sauna rooms, as well as the top quality restaurant and swimming pool and bar on the top floor where David gave exceptional service making sure we were well looked after. I could not recommend Budva or the Hotel more and look forward to visiting again.

Cleaned every day, great team of cleaners who didn’t get in your way. Marco in restaurant was very engaging and helpful. Spa masseuse Milita was excellent for both of us. Swimming pool team could be friendlier but possibly down to language barrier. Breakfast is abundant, one of the best we’ve experienced. Very few small children when we visited which is just how we like it. Very close to the beach and restaurants in direct proximity. We visited to celebrate an important wedding anniversary and the team made extra special efforts for us. We will definitely return, thanks for making our trip ❤️

Canadian guests, my wife and I, we stayed for 7 days as the first part of our trip to Montenegro and Croatia. Very good hotel. Parking included which is important when you have a car. On the opposite side of the bay of budva old town, but not a downside as it allowed us to walk 20min to old town and get our steps in. It’s faster to walk than driving or taking a taxi during peak season. Free beach access was nice to have as well (first row sun loungers), but we only used it once are there are many beaches to see in the area. To be honest it’s more of a 4 star hotel than a 5 star hotel by our standards. The room is spacious and clean, but a little dated. Housekeeping was 10/10. Bathroom was big and clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in budva and be walking distance from the old town and its many restaurants. If you are expecting 5 star luxury this isn’t quite it, but for the price, location and amenities I would recommend it.

An Okay Stay, but Not a True 5-Star Experience I had an overall okay stay at Hotel Imperial Conference & Spa in Budva. In my opinion, it does not meet the standards I would expect from a 5-star property and feels much more like a 4-star hotel. The hotel is situated on a busy coastal street. 15 minutes to reach a beach with free access. Nearby stop for Private tour buses for excursions to Kotor, Perast, Tivat, Skadar Lake...etc. Several markets are within walking distance convenient for buying water and other necessities. The room was spacious and comfortable and the cleaning was generally okay. However, the balcony was missed several times during housekeeping. Another issue was the housekeeping staff's approach to entering the room. They would knock and immediately open the door without giving enough time for the guest to respond. This was uncomfortable and should be improved. The level of service from the staff was inconsistent. Some employees were helpful and pleasant while others were rather rude and not particularly helpful. The hotel entrance has approximately 15 steps making it difficult to bring luggage in or out and there was no one available to assist with the luggage. One highlight was the à la carte Carević Restaurant which is worth trying. The buffet breakfast was disappointing. The selection was not what I would expect from a 5-star hotel. There were significant delays in replenishing items at the buffet. I may consider staying elsewhere the next visit to Budva.

The staff consistently went above and beyond, room was clean, and made spotless again everyday by a friendly cleaning lady, shops are just around the corner, the beach is a 3 minute walk, old town is about 20 minutes stroll. From our room we couldn't hear any traffic noise, infact no noise in the hotel at all. Breakfast was well stocked, I particularly liked the pancakes and maple syrup. Breakfast staff always welcomed us and within a couple of days memorised my partners drink order so it was at the table before we had even sat down.

Best value for Money in Budva

Very nice hotel. Conveniently located at 5 min from beach where they hold their own deck chairs. Nice and comfortable rooms. Comfortable bed. Can improve bed linen.Nice staff. Very good food at retaurant Convenient roof top pool. The only downside is that is far away from old town, but the walk at night is worth it

Beautiful hotel

The hotel was very nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was clean all over except for some of the new towels that were stained. It can be useful to know that the hotel is situated right by a roundabout, but the traffic does not disturb you if you keep the door to the balcony closed. Unfortunately it is very noisy on the balcony. The hotel restaurant is very good. Over all we had a great stay, the hotel is beautiful and I can recommend it.

Really loved the experience. The hotel staff was very polite and helpful. Room was super clean and all amenities was in really good. Nice view from balcony and location is also perfect for travelling around. Breakfast was amazing too. One con, the restaurant under the hotel is not good and also the waiters are not polite they are pretty rude. Food was good though but the staff was very rude
