Very pleasantly surprised! It's been a long while since we've stayed at a Best Western. First off, the staff here were INCREDIBLY helpful and friendly. Hands down some of the best customer service we've ever had - not just at a hotel, but anywhere. Second - the breakfast was delicious and had something for everyone. I'm gluten free and they even had an area with a dedicated GF toaster, gluten free muffins and gluten free bagels. My husband enjoyed the pancakes and breakfast burrito bar. Beds were comfy, rooms were spotless. We will definitely be back!

Our room was clean and very comfortable. We did not have time to use the pool. There are a couple very comfortable outdoor sitting areas that we enjoyed. The free breakfast was delicious, better than other places I’ve stayed. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I had a good breakfast both days. Loved the oatmeal bar and donut holes, The dining room was always clean and full! The hot tub was very nice and so was the pool. The robe was an added plus. Very plush and warm.

Not a lot of hotel choices in Buena Vista, but this one worked for us. Travelers need to be aware that check-in is at 4 PM and they won't check you in early without paying $50, even if the room was ready. The free breakfast was one of the best we have ever encountered. Not just your typical bagels, packaged pastries and yogurt. They had hot food, fresh fruit, pancake-making machine, etc. And the dining room attendant was very on top of things, greeting people and keeping things clean and refilled. The room and property were nice, the bed was comfortable and staff friendly.

The room was very nice and updated. The staff was very friendly. There is an adorable coffee and gift shop attached to the hotel, a must stop at. Breakfast was good, eggs, bacon or sausage, biscuits & gravy. I stayed on the bottom floor because there isn’t an elevator but it’s only two floors. Great place.
