I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the Obelisco and surrounded by so many other attractions. The staff was exceptional, always willing to assist and incredibly knowledgeable about local points of interest. They even shared fascinating bits of history about the area, which added so much to the experience. Whether it was helping with directions or suggesting the best spots to visit, they consistently pointed me in the right direction. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to explore the city!

Pretty outdated and tired hotel. Bathrooms were old and busted but at least shower pressure was good. Rooms are super stuffy and bare minimum.

Comfy, good location, iffy front desk service

Really good customer service via WhatsApp. Poor customer service at the front desk. WhatsApp agent helped us get airport transfer, room help, information about the hotel. Front desk reserved another airport transfer that didn’t show up. Front desk gave us bar vouchers that did not work. Front desk claimed to give us a room upgrade but it wasn’t one. (Same room type except noisy close to the elevator). Not sure what the issue is. I am a native Spanish speaker so it isn’t a language thing. I’d recommend the hotel but relying on with WhatsApp for actual service. Great location and comfortable hotel otherwise!
