Convenient to food and stores. Staff were friendly especially the security. Security into hotel was great. Communication was difficult as no reception desk so used WhatsApp. Language barrier created some issues. All in all it was ok.

This is NOT a hotel and should be considered false advertising. I had to buy my own toilet paper, SOAP, pillowcases and towels to avoid using the same for my 21 night stay. There is NO cleaning service . The stench of the smoke from the neighbors permeates the whole room and causes nausea. One neighbor snores incessantly and I was unable to sleep as I was awakened by his wife cursing at him. There is little ability for natural light as the apartment opens directly onto a courtyard and the other units. Although there are armed guards and security personnel in the lobby, they do not appear to be concerned about the presence of illegal activity in the units. This is a serious threat to one’s mental, physical and emotional wellbeing as well as a highly toxic environment. It is appalling that despite other negative reports, EXPEDIA continues to promote this dangerous establishment. Bring cash as well for all of the extra “fees” that the owners extort from you. I encourage you to book elsewhere if staying longer than a night. I am a seasoned traveler and this was my fourth extended trip to Buenos Aires. I have never experienced such deception from a lodging company.

The only thing is that you don’t have access to the property until 3:00 PM, they ask to be on the cafe or a outside, no like in most hotels, while your room is being prepared. I give it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ — very clean, safe, a nice pool, and a great central location in Buenos Aires. Highly recommended! Good price 😊

This place has a lot going for it! The room was super clean, the location was absolutely amazing, and the communication with the staff was consistently good. Unfortunately, we found the rooms to be quite noisy, as they seem to be located above a venue (perhaps a nightclub or ballroom) that operates late. If you're a light sleeper, this is definitely something to consider.

立地はよく観光に便利で、フロントがあってセキュリティも安心ですが、不親切で設備もイマイチなのでオススメしません。 フロントはありますが部屋ごとにオーナーが異なるので、自分から事前に連絡して清掃費を払い部屋番号や暗証番号を確認する必要がありました。清掃費はアパートレントと考えると理解できますが不案内で予定外の出費でした。 お鍋は錆びていて使えずフライパンとミルクパンだけ使いました。まな板もありませんでした。 4泊したのにアメニティは1泊分、トイレットペーパーも1ロールしかなく足りず自分で用意したのを使いました。台所洗剤もギリギリの量で、食器拭きなどは汚く使う気になりませんでした。 水圧が低くシャワーのお湯がちょろちょろしか出ませんでした。 チェックイン当日にWi-Fiパスワード聞いたのに古いもので聞き直す必要がありました。
