Everything was great but the amenities didn’t work like pool and hottub. That was the reason we chose this place. Otherwise the staff was great and room was good too.

O quarto era ok, mas a limpeza deixou um pouco a desejar, o atendimento foi muito bom, funcionários atenciosos e educados, o café da manhã não era bom, faltava café, talheres, pratos, e a limpeza do restaurante era apenas razoável. Em relação ao aplicativo Hoteis.com, já fiz uma reclamação, pois não estava claro na reserva se o IVA estava incluido no valor, pensei que teria o benefício desta isenção de 21% pagando o hotel lá em Buenos Aires, mas no check in nos avisaram que os valores ja estavam isentos deste imposto.

The hotel was very simple for the price we pay no extra anything it was very expensive addition to that the pool was very poor and small and on top of everything after we checked out the charges another 12,000 peso because they claim the sheet was dirty I don't know what to expect after six nights of sleeping on those sheets

Breakfast selection weak. Coffee very poor, black tea bags had to be requested. If arriving shortly after opening time things are not laid out, no dishes, or cutlery, tables being cleaned, etc.

Ótima localização e atendimento
Fiquei apenas um dia com minha família porque estava terminando a viagem e voltando para o Brasil. Ótima localização próximo a bares e restaurantes e atendimento dos funcionários. Precisei deixar minha mala alguns dias no hotel enquanto estava em viagem para Bariloche e o pedido foi bem atendido pelo staff do hotel.

Terrible experience
we checked in at 1am, the room was 40 degree and it took many hours to cool down throughut the night. Breakfast was terrible; the water that came out of the tap was brown; bed linen and towels were from another century; the staff, except for an orange hair lady at front desk, were extremy rude and arrogant. Oh by the way, dont you dare to get a bath towel dirty because they charge you 4000 pesos for it ( no joking).

Expensive for what it is. For a full day we had no hot water and when they solved the problem, the water came black. The breakfast it is served by the not very friendly staffed restaurant next door. The outdoors jacuzzi it is cold.

A well maintained boutique hotel in the heart of Palermo Soho. Very helpful and friendly staff. The decor is very Y2K but don’t let that throw you off. Rooms were enormous and comfortable. Quite accommodating of young children both in the hotel and adjoining restaurant.

El estacionamiento no lo pude usar ya que tienen un montacargas y debe ser un auto chico tipo fiat 600. Algo no especificado en la página. No había tachos de basura en los lugares comunes, ni en la habitación. Sólo en el baño. Nos dieron un juego de toallas menos y amnities

Not as listed. No pool or breakfast options. The breakfast area looked like it was turned into a resale shop ovee Covid. Update your listing to reflect the true state of what you get when you stay.

The listing is out dated. Even though they told me they would update it, I see a week later it’s still not updated. Pool and sun deck closed and breakfast option doesn’t exist. I get things happened over Covid but at least be honest with your listing.

Dear Kyle, we read your coments from last week and we have taken them into acoount. However, we did not have the need to update our listing since the pool and sun deck have already been repaired and are now open for our guests. And we have also included breakfast as an option since we realised it was required. Once again we apologise for not having these options by the time of your stay but we keep on working to bring a service that meets our guests expectations.
