The hotel was absolutely magnificent but the staff made it more so. Everyone was so kind and the concierge desk was phenomenal. They helped us get restaurant reservations and sporting tickets we were not able to get on our own. We’d come back 1000 times again!

Highly recommend staying here. The staff was absolutely amazing and catered to every single one of our needs. The facilities are beautiful and the pool was definitely great. You also have to try nuestro Secreto the food was delicious. Would definitely stay here again.

Best Hotel in Buenos Aires in a fantastic location at the Retiro/Recoleta neighborhood, walking distance to Ave 9 de Julio, patio Ulrich for high end shopping, and recoleta and museum. Staff is fantastic, restaurants at the hotel are outstanding including Michelin Star Helena and incredible parrilla Nuestro Secreto and fantastic bar the Pony line

Absolutely stunning property with attentive and helpful staff. I personally loved all the filigree furnishings, pony statues, gorgeous roses and stunning pool. Rooms were spacious and beautiful as well. I hope to return and stay here again.
