Boutique hotel in San Telmo

A slight problem with the door ( the electronic keys would not work nor the replacements nor the replacements of the replacements) meant we were in reception for 40 minutes before we could access our room. Not a great start! Room was good though. Bed excellent and the shower great! A min bar or a small fridge would be great - there is room for it , so I dont understand why they dont have one.

All rooms are internal rooms. No real windows. Walls very thin. Running water in pipes loud. Roma well decorated. After my stay, I left my luggage in the storage area, and when I came back in the afternoon to collect it, the hotel was “closed.” I missed my onward flight. The manager/owner did help get my luggage back and offered me a free night’s stay, but it was too late. I’ve never seen a hotel that was “closed” before. Read the other reviews before booking. I do not recommend it.

The rooms look better in images than in reality. The hotel is an echo chamber, every noise is magnified, and there is always music at the reception playing much louder than it should be. No breakfast, no room service for stays under 7 days. Inflexible early check-out time. Location is great, 1 block away from Plaza Dorrego and a 10 min walk to Puerto Madero.

Decepcionante. O quarto não tem frigobar. Não existe nem serviço de refeições no Hotel. Pra comer ou beber algo tem que ser externo. Não tinha TV, tinha um telão em que os controles remotos não funcionavam. A única referencia boa é a localização central em San Telmo. No geral então, foi uma estada decepcionante, muito ruim.
