Perfect location! Safe and fun!

Communication with Rodrigo made the stay flawless. Property was phenomenal and I honestly don’t think it could have been in a better location for tourists. Other members of the family were quite bummed either accommodations in other parts of the city were not as nice as ours. Safe, perfect location, great communication 100% recommend!

I could not have wanted for more. Perfect place to stay. Elegant and understated with everything you need. Divinely comfortable bed. Doors that opened onto a small balcony from which to drink my morning coffee. Gym and swimming pool right on the top floor. I walked everywhere as it was very central.

This property is as good as it gets in Recoleta, if being close to the main attractions were your main purpose. The view of the balcony overlooked the park and the infamous cemetery. We stayed in the superior apartment suite with a large balcony. Had a decent kitchen and full size fridge. The bed was very comfortable, the balcony brought in a lot of sunlight. What's not mentioned much in the description were the roof-top pool, health center with sauna and Jacuzzi and a small but adequate gym. There is also paid laundry (washer/dryer) in the basement. One thing to note is, it's above the main tourist area of Recoleta, where noise can be an issue, but the balcony glass doors do a decent job in cancelling out the noise. An overall 10/10 stay.

When i arrivee at the property, i was told that front desk had not been communicated about my booking. It was a a scare. After an hour and call to the property the issue was resolved. The room amenities, cleanliness etc were as promisee. The safety locker within the room was not working either

The view from the 12th floor was awesome! It was nice to have a cleaning service available during our stay! Nice to have laundry services in the parking garage of the building! Communication with host was timely! Only downside was the noise during the night and early mornings on the weekend from the loud music and crowds!

There was nothing not to like about this property: Wonderfully located, beautifully decorated, clean, and reasonably priced. I spent a lovely 6 days in a studio apt. on the 12th floor. I fully recommend it and I would certainly return whenever I go back to Buenos Aires.

Apartment building is very new and has a well-stocked gymn and rooftop pool. Its not a lap pool but a good soaking pool for about 20. There is a grocery store on the same block as many other specialty take out shops (pizza, empanadas, wine and beer, as well as a pharmacy). The studio had a brand new kitchenette with a dorm sized fridge and microwave and sink. There is a spacious closet with ironing board and clothes drying rack. The balcony is very nice but has no chairs.

Everything was great. They are not very flexible. Quick to let you know at 11:00am they are going to deactivate your code in the room. My flight leave at 10:15pm, I didn’t have a place to leave my luggage after 11:00pm. They don’t let you know until the last minutes the code for you to check in and they dont tell they will let you know the code. You have to continuing ask for it. No good communication, but and the most important my stay was wonderful!!!

Bello l’appartamento con tutti i comfort. Dotata di piscina, sauna, palestra e idromassaggio tutto è tenuto molto bene. Forse solo un appunto: per chi vuole dormire tranquillamente non consigliamo gli appartamenti con vista il cimitero: durante il fine settimana la discoteca accanto all’hotel chiude alla mattina verso le 6-6.30 e la musica è piuttosto ad alto volume dunque per chi ha il sonno leggero difficilmente potrà chiudere gli occhi

La ubicación es inmejorable, excelente opción para viaje de placer o de negocios. Muy práctico porque tiene cocina y es espacioso. La calidad de los muebles, la cama, baño son muy buenas. Buena presión y temperatura de la ducha son excelentes Puntos para mejorar: La unidad 1202 en particular fue ruidosa porque el balcón da hacia un restaurante, las noches de jueves y viernes fueron demasiado ruidosas. Una vez que se hace el check-in todo bien, mi problema fue que no tenía el agente de seguridad la información de pasaporte y no me permitía hacer check-in. La limpieza del apartamento no es diario, sería recomendable que se informe al huésped qué días se hace limpieza. La limpieza la hicieron a la mitad de mi estadía y la persona que limpió movió y desacomodó todo.
