This property is in dire need of maintenance. Walls have water stains. Carpets are cracked and faded. The AC unit in our bedroom leaked so much water that the walls were dripping and they couldn't stop it. Service was slow and we had to call several times before they responded. It is a beautiful property (particularly the outside), but it needs better maintenance.

Tuve una experiencia realmente pésima en el restaurante Las Vasijas, dentro del Sheraton Pilar Hotel & Convention Center, y sinceramente deja mucho que desear para un lugar que pretende cierto nivel. Al momento del check-in nos entregaron un descuento para utilizar en el restaurante. Sin embargo, al momento de pagar, el personal ni siquiera se tomó el trabajo de preguntarlo o verificarlo, y procedieron a cobrarnos el total completo. Cuando les aviso que tenía el descuento para que lo apliquen y me reintegren la diferencia, la reacción fue incómoda, con gestos de molestia evidentes, como si el error fuera mío y no de ellos. La situación empeoró cuando intervino quien parecía ser un supervisor, que con total liviandad me planteó que para aplicar el descuento tenía que volver a pagar toda la cuenta desde cero. Una respuesta absurda y poco profesional, ignorando completamente prácticas básicas como la emisión de notas de crédito o ajustes administrativos, algo que cualquier establecimiento mínimamente serio maneja sin inconvenientes. Luego apareció otro supervisor, que intentó “arreglar” la situación tomándome los datos con la promesa de reintegrar la diferencia en el transcurso de la semana. Claramente fue una maniobra para salir del paso y cuidar la imagen en el momento, porque el reintegro jamás ocurrió. Más allá del monto —que es irrelevante— lo que realmente molesta es la falta de responsabilidad, la desorganización [Mensaje completo en Google Maps].
