"A modern hotel with a large room. Staff were friendly. We took advantage of the rooftop

and the sauna. Great walking from the hotel. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. A four star review because the bathroom needs some updating. Please provide better hair dryers. We were awoken twice in the night by partiers outside the hotel - even though it was Sunday night and raining!"

"The staff was very friendly and professional. The rooms and hotel in general were very clean. So close to the international airport and with a free and on time shuttle. Would definitely stay here again. Only downside was restaurant did not Open until 8 pm, so we had a sandwich in the bar . "

"We stayed twice at the Carles Hotel (2 nights before and 2 nights after our cruise). Our room for the first stay was much nicer (upgraded) compared to second stay. Both were clean, hot showers. Breakfast was good, continental and some cooked options. Confusingly the hotel info on Expedia said it had restaurant - it does not. Very good location, walking distance to hop on off bus, money exchange and restaurants. Staff extremely helpful and friendly giving us tips on restaurants and on the Sunday...
