I stay here once or twice a month because it’s convenient, usually not terrible, and fits the “roof over my head” criteria I can get fairly cheap through Expedia. These last couple times have been, um, less than decent. The ATM in the lobby gave me less than it should have, and even though the sheen of concern was there, no one cared enough to deal with it. This weekend, I was in a room with no internet, and even though there were times that weren’t in their self prescribed “dead zone” available, I wasn’t allowed to move to an equitably priced spot. Fast forward to this morning, and the shower backed up so quickly, I spent the better part of an hour moping water out of the slipperiest bathroom I’ve ever encountered. The man behind the front desk seemed to be practicing his ability to stare through people while I talked, and I ended up leaving with nothing to show for any of it except sore knees from cleaning, and an upcoming search for a hotel that won’t actively steal from me. Not so cool beans.

Was probably beautiful once upon a time. But it is very outdated and needs some major renovations. Old, mismatched furniture in room, black mold in bathroom and around windows. Staff was not very helpful.

The tv didn't work. Staff simply said that there was no tech to help. No offer of another room, even though the hotel was very quiet and clearly had empty rooms. Asked for a room refresh better my 2 nights and they said "absolutely" when I specifically asked for new shampoos, towels, and my bed to be made. None of these happened. Hardly the VIP hotel experience that I've come to expect from Expedia.

The room seemed to be missing basic necessities, even though I booked and paid for the most luxurious room in the hotel. Was slightly inconvenient having to keep going down to the front desk. When I called asking if someone could bring the items up that were not available. I was told I have to come down and get them myself.

It is full of character and charm with many interesting artifacts dating back to earlier days, including Italian statues, Vintage Barbies, etc. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Wonderful history about the family who worked so hard to build it. Dining a Salvator's was delicious and the service was excellent.

I would first like to mention that the front desk staff are very nice and friendly. The main issue I had was with the room. When I first walked in the room it was dirty. There was food crumbs on the floor to the point where many small ants were picking up food. The mini bar had left over food and milk from a prior guest. The carpets were just dirty and old. Sadly I won’t be back here ever again.

The only problem i saw while staying at the property was, 1. They gave us a broken chair. 2. The batteries to the remote where dead. 3. It took 3 days to get my deposit back.

Only thing that was disappointing is they didn’t have a continental breakfast and didn’t have a great selection of breakfast items to buy other than that the stay was great

Our check in was over 3 hours late because they didn't have anything clean, making us extremely close to being late for our event which was very very disappointing. When we got back the edge of half the bed was covered in dust/ dirt, possibly from the heater we weren't too sure but it was gross. The heater was also emitting a very strong burning smell so we ended up just turning it off all together and delt with it being a bit chilly. The TV was super old and slow and the jacuzzi leaked all over the floor making the carpet soaked. No free breakfast?! We loved the main walkway and reception area and the receptionists we're very very nice but obviously all of the money goes to the main public area. Might as well of stayed at a motel, we were so excited to stay here and ended up being extremely disappointed in our accomodations and this property:(
